1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。

When Bill Gates made his decision to drop
out from Harvard, he did not care too much of the result. Gates entered Harvard in 1973, and dropped out two years later when he and Allen started the engine of Microsoft. Many people did not understand why Gates gave up such a good opportunity to study in the world’s No.1 University. However, with size comes power, Microsoft
dominates the PC market with its operating systems, such as MS-DOS and Windows. Now, Microsoft becomes the biggest software company in the world and Bill Gates becomes the richest man in the world.
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。

普遍性：坚持、专注
特殊性：对不同领域、产品的创新点是具有特殊性的

1 创新能力，否则不会有iphone与ipad; 2 审美能力，否则Mac的字体不会那么漂亮，iphone也不会那么完美
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
和别人相似会变得自己没有想法，没有主见，只喜欢模仿，不喜欢创新。
成功：追随成功者走过的路，可以省去很多坎坷，但是必须有自己的想法和见解，不能一味模仿照搬。要善于尝试新的有挑战的事情
不成功：不善于创新，一味的模仿别人，就会逐渐失去自己的想法
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
被排挤,不被理解。
要坚持自己的想法，才能成功。 随波逐流，不利于成功

Prodigies often could not receive contemporary appreciation and comprehension, Van Gogh is proper to be mentioned as a representative of the kind. He created the impressionism on painting, which was accepted many years after his death. Nevertheless he pursued his own ideals and faith till he was not able to pick up a pencil.
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。

对成功起的作用不大。尽管别人的成功不能复制，但是吸取别人的经验是十分可取的。

Thomas Edison, an American inventor, scientist and businessman, invented thousands of apparatuses which had a great influence on people’s lives.
◇ One of his best inventions was the electric light bulb. The old electric bulb used carbon rod as filament but it produced glaring light and could not last for a long time. In order to improve it, Edison tried over 6000 kinds of materials to replace carbon rod, from various metal wires to hair. Having made more than 7000 experiments, Edison found that cotton threads could be used as filaments. However, cotton threads could only last for 45 hours. After 3 months, Edison successfully discovered carbonized bamboo filament as a suitable material. This perfect filament could last for 1200 hours and produced better light than those former bulbs.
◇ Every time he failed to choose a proper replacement for carbon rod, he did not lose heart but instead sought the reasons why he was wrong. Edison categorized different materials and in this way, he cut down some unnecessary work.
◇ Thomas Edison had brilliant ideas, but he had no time to deal with all the small details. Therefore, Edison hired a group of talented assistants, who were able to find proper materials to match Edison’s ideas. With the help of those talented assistants, Thomas Edison successfully found the appropriate material to use for filament and invented electric light bulbs that could last over 1200 hours. Also, every assistant had a different function. For example, Samuel Mott was a draftsman, who was in charge of sending official drawings to the United States Patent Office. Grosvenor Lowery, a lawyer, was responsible for raising money for Edison’s laboratory so that Edison would have the equipment to continue his experiments.

When we think about the essential qualities going towards the making of a successful man , we can say they try new things and take risks rather than the things that they've done well,hence the idea of a successful man being different from everyone else. Success can be taced to many factors:intelligent genes,constant persistence,originality ,etc.Preeminent sportspeople such as Yao Ming and Scotte Gomez are so uniquely gifed that we ordinary individuals can never be trained to reach comparable levels.For the sake of perfect performance,distinguished entertainers such as Jacky Chen and Bruce Lee have been in constantly training ,even more frequently, put their bodies at risk for doing their own stunts.Aside form talent and extraordinary willpower ,it takes extremely innovation for people to make it to the top of their professions.Take Apple Inc.for example,it appears to be the business leader of electronic produces because it opens up an imaginative space and perfect interface for others to imitate it.In sense, being innovative give companies a competitive edge in this age of globalization. In our media-intensive culture,it's not to find a variety of opinions .Thousands of newspaters and magazines and dozens of radio and television talk shows all resound with different points of view.If you always agree with others ,you wouldn't be able to have an objective assessment and lose critical thinking skills.Gradually ,they tend to depend on others rather than overcome difficulties and make a decision by themselves . I am not saying that being like others can't contribute to success.What's meant by this is that we can draw on the experience of a successful person.But it's wrong to equate learning from others' advantages with replicating everything .For instance,One can't turn a blind eye to the fact that some public-school young teachers have no alternatives but to copy,very mechanically ,the techniques used by own teachers fifteen years ago. In conclusion ,I would argue that distinctive people are more likely to achieve success.
