Nowadays,teamwork is really popular word.There are large amounts of teamwork in our life.The problems are more easy to be solved when we work with a team.Many smart and active person consist of a brilliant team.In this group,everyone is good at thinking and expressing.Of course,every team require a leader who can organize the whole group.And I support the opinion that a effective leader should try his best to make others feel they have been part of a decision.There is no doubt that making decision is the definitely important part of the whole work.If the team make a wrong decision,it has much chance that all people will walk in an opposite way.Therefore the leader must shoulder the responsibility to make a correct and fine decision.What's more,because everyone has different ideas and they all wish to adopt their own thought to solve the problem,It's likely that much time can be wasted by discussing whose idea is better .So it's the high time that the leader should make the quick and clear analysis for saving time.And the last reason is if the leader can't play an important role in making decision,it's difficulty for him to organize the whole team to finish the following work because the other partner can think the leader has no ability to guide the whole team.Therefore,although everybody's idea should be respected and can't be easily denied,the leader had to choose the best fitable thought quickly so that he can distribute the following assignment efficttively.
