When we enter into society,we are asked to be equipped with diverse ablities because the pressure become increasingly challenging.There is much conjecture over whether the ability of adjusting to a new envir onment is more significant than brilliant professional knowledge for a job.I believe we should discuss this topic depending on the types of job which you choose.    Those who are engaged in a teaching career ,usually call for excellet knowledge for their job.The responsibility of the teacher is to impart their knowledge to their students.What's more, they allow us to broaden our knowledge base and make our generation become smarter and smarter.But if a science teacher is not proficient in his research in this field ,students just gains limited knowdge of science.This weakness of this is that it can reduce the students' effiency and motivation of learning .Who want to be the student of such teacher?    The ability of settling into a new environment is important to achieve success.I want to bring out here is the social skills . Social skills are ,essentially,the abilities to manage relationships and emotions of others.People are more likely to enjoy being around socially-skilled people.That's mean social skills make you easier to fit in .So some profession should require such skills,such as salesman,a guide or even a leader. My boss,for example,knows emotions can be contagious and always try to make customers feel good .Under most circumstans,it does not to seem difficult for him to sign a contract .Who doesn't want to be those who have intelligence in getting along with others?    In conclusion I believe that each profession requires not only the two abilities but also other diverse qualities.It's better to improve relevant skills according to your job.
