1. 一个新环境往往具备哪些特点？人们适应一个新环境的过程往往是怎样的？这个适应过程是只有少数人具备的吗？请结合实际简述。
回答：
一个新环境往往具有以下的特点，首先是环境和环境里人人比较陌生，旧有的环境中本身具有的一些规则，习惯不是自己的规则和习惯。人们融入一个新环境的过程就是不断学习旧有环境中习惯和规则的过程，可以先认识一个和自己能说得来的人，再通过这个人介绍新环境，从而加入到这样一个新的环境中，这个适应的过程并不是少数人具备的，我看到周围的很多人都有这样的能力。
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识可以帮助我们在专业的工作中顺风顺水，做的比别人更加的顺利，更快。比如我在大二的时候做的一个实验中使用了。net的技术，结果在实习中我们公司要用.net做一个东西，我在做公司的项目的 过程中就没有之前没有接触过.net的人那么的吃力，很顺利的就完成了交给我的任务。
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
我觉得特别需要一个团队整体去做的一些工作需要适应环境能力强，因为本身这些团队中的人磨合的已经比较好了，他们各自有各自分工，各自有各自的位置，团队成员之前也有着别人没有的默契和信任，当你想融入这样一个环境中时就变得非常的困难，你不但需要更好的融入团队，还要根据自己的特长找准自己在团队中的地位。比如一些创意的团队，最策划案什么的，这些团队一个每个人的个性都很强，而且很有分工，有的人是想创意的，有的人是领导整个团队，给整个团队鼓励的，甚至有的人是负责后勤保障的，你融入这个团队的过程中就需要很强的环境适应能力。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
就是那些技术性强，需要专业性很强的工作，比如说我们专业里的架构师这一职业，就需要很强的专业性，你需要在这个行业中摸爬滚打好几年，而且必须很优秀才能做到这个职位。这个职位需要有对于这个专业很多的专业知识，而且需要一定时间的积累才能做到。
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
干好一份工作还需要需要一个很好的执行力和自制的能力，如果上面交给的任务很明确了，但是自己的执行力不够，容易被一些诱惑所吸引，这样的话由于自己的执行力不够和自控能力不强会毁了整个工作。

Plenty of abilities in the work decide the what you do are good or bad.The modern enterprise culture a growing pay attention to the work ability.In my opinion,I assume that the ability to accomodation new environment is more important than excellent knowledge for a job.The reasons will be further illustrated as follows.
First and foremost,when you join a new environment,these environment have their thinking ways such as regular,habit.You must have ability to know these regular and adapt these.Given that excellent knowledge for a job can not help you join a new team.For example, in some special idear and effiencial team,adpating these team is very difficlut,because everyone who in the group have their special characters and have their own position.Someone in charge of think idears.Someong lead the team and encourage everyone in the team.Even someong have to buy something to eat or drink and arrange other things.You must have more ability to attend these team.The excellent knowledge do not provide help to you.
Secondly,Even if you know more knowledge about this work,you have bad adpat ability,you can not do better job.Because you can not use your knowledge well in these team.Lots of people who have more knowledge have this problem.Some knowledge people are conceited,they are not willing to help other people and share their knowledges.This lead to they do not have ability to blend in the group,and do not have chance to do a better job.
Although,have more excellent knowledge for a job may help you quickly and better finish a work,as far as i am concern, the ability to adapt in a new environment is more important than the ability of know more knowledge.
