The relatively low productivity in the past often compelled individuals to collaborate with others,which in turn made teamwork better appreciated .Thus ,team success was more likely to come about .But in fact ,it's not uncommon that diverse ideas among collaborators frequently lead to a failure.    Even though brainstorm comes up with a variety of opinions ,one can't turn a blind eye to the fact that there may be practical problems .What 's meant by this is that different ideas will not disappear overnight.Take a company for example ,team members sit together and discuss design schemes so as to forge into a master plan,which can be a guide for them to succeed.However,to achieve concensus on the efforts that they should take definitely will take considerable time.When they can't meet the deadline ,the company would be exposed to economic losses ,or even worse,loss an significant client.In this sense ,teamwork success is on the strength of the unity of ideas .    Aside from time cost,we need take communication and negotiation skills into account.That is to say each member of the team is supposed to be aware of these skills playing an unique role among differing opinions .If one can't appropriately tackle with dispute with other members ,it seems more likely to give rise to quarrels ,which may destroy the colleage friendship and have a negative influence on the team atmosphere.To maintain team solidarity,we have to become more tolerating and respect others' different ideas .    Admittedly ,the more diverse ideas there are ,the more comprehensive members get to perceive the problems.It enables them better to keep balance advantages and disadvantages between their sollutions.However,they must make an unified plan in the first place and then execute on it.Therefore,the willingness to reach an agreement at least will put them on the right track in seeking solutions .    In conclusion ,I would argue that more concerted efforts should be made by team members to rush together towards the deadline.
