团队成功需要明确的分工，需要大家团结。曾经政治课上我们小组做presentation，我们分工明确，大家积极参与，前期准备工作很快就做好了，等到做presentation时，大家胸有成竹，最后果然赢得了大家的认同
2. 请谈谈你对“不同意见“的理解？人们在什么情况下，会产生不同意见？请结合实际简述。
回答：
人们愿意参与进所进行的事情才会产生不同意见。在一次无聊的活动中，大家都没有兴趣参与，leader说什么就是什么，最后活动平平淡淡地结束。然而在我们的presentation准备过程中，大家就提出了许多不同的想法
3. ”持有不同意见“等于”矛盾阻碍“吗？请结合实际简述。
回答：
持有不同意见不等于矛盾阻碍。在我们的presentation中，我们虽然提出了许多不同的想法，但是大家的出发点都是为了做好这次presentation，所以不同角度的看法更能拓宽我们的思维，我们大家进行讨论，求同存异，最终确定了完美的方案
4. 团队成员持有不同见解对与团队成功会起到阻碍作用还是促进作用，请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
团队成员持有不同见解对团队会起到促进作用。
5. 持有相同意见的成员组成一个团队会成功吗？如果会，为什么？如果不会，请结合实际说明你的理由。

There are different views about whether a team composed by people who hold distinct opinions can achieve success. Someone hold a positive attitude and others absolutely not.
From my point of view, I approve the former one for following few reasons.
Firstly, the appearance of different views illustrate that members of the team participate in public affairs actively. Exactly, the phenomenon is a necessary factor of achieving stated objectives.
I took part in a boring competition few months ago. Because of some objective causes, all of us lost our enthusiasm and we agreed whatever our leader said. Unsurprisingly, we got failure.
On the contrary, in the process of preparing a presentation of politics course that we won others' glorification. We had lots of ideas and everyone participated in the discussing.
Secondly, different views are not on behalf of handicaps, they can widen the extension of our thoughts in order to promote the team to obtain the honor.
It is precisely because we proposed an array of thoughts and summarized and discussed them, we can made a totally wonderful presentation.
Last but not least, a team can merely succeed when members cooperate energetically and amend their views positively. Only in this way, they can draw out a plan which satisfy most of them to execute. Otherwise, the situation that each one hold his opinion stubbornly will destruct the team.
In conclusion, if members of a team can reform their views in discussion and decide a final determination, their different thoughts have positive effects in the team's success.
