4. 合作意识能给人带来什么？它带给人的东西会和人的领导力产生怎样的关系（可以从正反两方面回答）？为什么？请举例说明。
回答：
合作意识带给人们共同进步，多个人一起走不一定更快，却可以走得更远。领导力是少数带领多数，并不是一群人一起做决定，所以合作意识会消除领导力中的权威性，增加公平性和降低独创性。
5. 作为领导，应该如何平衡竞争意识和合作意识之间的关系？请结合具体情况分析并简述。
回答：
作为领导，应该有自己的竞争性，在创建了一定的权威和公信后，再采用适宜程度的合作意识带领众人是企业、政府或者某团体一起进步。
