1. 一般情况下,人们进行讨论会采取哪些方式,请结合具体事例分别说明?如果是你,你会采用题目中涉及到的一些方式来进行讨论吗,为什么?
回答: In program, we often discuss a issue or a topic by a meeting. We barely use text messaging or e-mail in our program when we want to listen to everyone's ideas or to make a brainstorm. For that we are a small team with about 50 people, we don't use telephone or voice-messaging either.
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点?请结合实际简述。
回答: Upsetting and controversial topics seems annoying for everyone and may cause a boring, competitive atmosphere which will hurt the team by making everyone distrust others, loosing passion or even bringing a long-term negative atmosphere. In our team, the leader is very autocratic and refused to listen to others which makes the upsetting discussion very awkward that no one expect him would say anything and almost everyone except him would be in a negative condition of working for a quite long time.
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况?请结合实际简述,如果是你在讨论这种问题,你会选择哪种方式?你会选择上述之外的方式吗,请具体说明?
回答: Everyone would be in a bad mood, be easy to loose temper, be irrational thinking when they are talking about a upsetting problems. So I prefer using a way that every body don't have to be face to face which may decrease the probability of arguing. For instance, we usually indicate the problem in a talking software like MSN firstly and talking the problem officially after every one has a preparation of the upsetting situation.
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点?我们一般用它来解决什么问题?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: E-mail, texting or other ways of communication that can give users a time to think and perform their opinions without any emotional elements such as a high voice or speedy speaking. They give us a way to calm down and to think the problem in different aspects.
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点?这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗?请结合具体事例简述。
回答: When the problem is emergency or it is complex that can not be showed clearly through a text, we use phones. But I really doubt the suitability of discussing a upsetting or controversial problem.
