1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
成功人士应该是与众不同的。获得成功的人身上必然有着诸如创造力、远见、坚持不懈的这些特质。但他们和其他人有着更多不一样的地方，比如乔布斯，虽然家庭情况和大多数普通人一样非常一般，但是，他因对大学课程的厌倦和学费问题决意辍学，并且在自己的车库里面开始了艰苦的创业生活，面临过一次又一次巨大的挑战，但是他用他的远见与超前的创新意识和市场意识，渐渐的将苹果公司推入了顶峰。这些，都不是普通人能够轻松做到的。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
普遍性的特点有坚持不懈的意识和敢于挑战和创新的能力。特殊的特质有超强的学习能力、特别的营销能力。例如爱迪生、富兰克林等人，有着极其强大的耐心和毅力，不惧危险用于挑战创新。但比如乔布斯的学习能力惊人，电脑的知识完全不能满足他的需求，他还在布朗大学旁听了很多艺术类的课程，这些知识为了他的电脑作出了贡献。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
如果变得和大家相似会导致这个世界缺乏创造力。每个人都一样的世界上，人们的性格与思维都会产生固化状态，从而导致了头脑风暴的缺乏。只有在每个人有着不同的特质，不同的星光与擅长之处时，才能更好的通过谈对合作互补长处，这样，才能够有更多更好的创新和点子产生，这样才有利于成功，反之不利于成功。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和大家不同会有可能每个人的特质和擅长之处不同，也有可能会出现很多的“蛀虫”。只有在每个人都有着热情并且乐意为了创新与团队合作时取长补短才有利于成功。但当任运之间因为不同的特性从而互相不满时，会导致争吵乃至团队的毁灭，这种情况不利于成功。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
变得和他人一样活着不一样影响每个人的个性，这个个性关乎着是否有能够取得成功的条件。除了体重问题以外，成功还需要人们有着独特的思维、敢于创造挑战的特性、以及对于市场的敏锐度。这样才能够更好的成功

After reading a large number of biographies about the cosmopolitan successful people,most readers believed that these successful men or women must have some attributes like others.Nevertheless,I just claimed that they would harvest success in their career as a result of the distinguished characters of themselves to some extend.I convince this point with the following aspects.
For those scientists from the ancient Greece,they are surely different from everyone else.The reason for why they would gain the success at last,because of not only their great endeavor ,but also their great creation ability and the eager to challenge. For instance,if Newton didn't think of the gravity while he saw the apple fell down instead of believing that the fact was made by the God,he would never be one of the greatest scientist during that era.What's more,if Nobel refused to do the experiments of the gunpowder with out the spirit of challenging,the safety explosive wouldn't be invented to make it useful in daily life as well as in military development.
For the merchants or businessmen,being distinct from others is essential to their success.Without the different view in their sight and the courage to execute the goal,they couldn't achieve the success,which the normal couldn't get.For example,Ma Yun, a famous businessman in China nowadays,established his fabulous Internet business empire even though he was not major in computer during his campus life.He searched 'China'by Google in the US decades ago,and his outstanding acumen of business told him this could be a chance to success.However, perhaps a great deal of normal people would ignore this chance for not being awareness of the point.
For the politicians and philosophers, different from other people are especially important to their career.If they are the same just like the others,they would hardly come up with so many great and new ideas in order to change the world.That is why Max,who came up with the theory of communist,could use his new and great theory to change the world hundred of years ago as a result of his different characteristics.
Though successful people are surely have so many attributes just like the normal people like enthusiasm ,friendly ,optimistic and so on,the different characters of themselves help them a lot to achieve their goal in the end.According to the above aspects,It is convinced that the successful people are different from the other people to some extend.
