回答： 沟通能力、专业能力、适应能力。几乎没有一份工作是不需要和人打交道的，所以起码的沟通能力是必须的。与身边的同时沟通越好，工作也会进行得越顺利，否则出问题。比如建筑师与结构师的沟通，因为两个专业不同，但是一栋建筑又包含这两个方面，所以他们沟通不好，造成必须的结构设备在新建筑中无处安放，比如中央空调机房、水泵房没有，那么这座建筑也是无法使用的
