可能会变得平庸，如果人们只是接受别人的思想变得和他人的观点一样并不一定会成功，而在相同的条件一下，有比较相似的北京条件可能会成功，如房地产产业的成功
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

可能被别人看成疯子一样，超出当时理解行为就会被人看成疯子。可能这些想法是有实践性的是可能成功的，但是如果没有实践性的可能并得不到成功
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。

success is essential for everyone. and some celebrity people who has success record their own experience in their biology from the history perspective successor is not same
With high-level education spreading and civilization prospered, more and more people have chances to pursue their success. But they also face with a puzzle question whether they should be more like others in order to succeed. To be honestly, the key of success requires not only the individual talent but also endeavor as most people do.
Most importantly,each person is unique in the world, especially their mind. As far as I am concerned, if someone want to succeed, the special way of thought must be highly expressed and should be placed the first position. Steve Jobs, as everyone known, is famous for his creative and innovative opinion, which combined perfectly mobile phones with music player. Without his innovation, the Apple cannot share more portions of the world market and make a significant breakthrough in digital products. It is his unique opinions that have run the Apple bigger and better.
However, even with surprising gift for some respect, no one can deny that endeavor plays the same vital role as the intelligent for success as well. Even Einstein said that being a genius is 1% talent and 99%hard work. Imagine that, if Steve Jobs only came up the commercial idea but made no efforts, the IPod could not have upgraded from Istgeneration to 3rd version now and have been popular over the world. Notto mention high intelligence, Many celebrities were famous for their spirited of non-giving up. For the purpose of finding out the most appropriate filament,Thomas Edison had experiment thousands of times and made numerable errors.Finally, his endeavor made a huge success in light and earned his place on the scroll of fame.
Hence, only equip with both the unique individuality and endeavor can we achieve our dream sand gain the success ultimately.
