The effective leader tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision.Why are some people thriving in their work place while others struggle to promote efficiency? What is the difference between a good leader and a truely effective leader? The answers to these questions can only be found when looking at what a leader have: a good relationship with his group mates. Therefore, in my perspective, I think that it is what leaders do to make his collegues feel as whole that make a group work efficiently.To begin with, sense of belonging promote the harmony inside a team. When it comes to makeing decisions, a excellent leader may let his coworkers to vote for their views, which indicates that he or she is open to any suggestions and is pleased to see new ideas raised from the group. In this case, the other collegues may be inspired to participate in decisions makeing because they can feel they are respected and their opinions are accepted, thus form a warm and satisfying atmostphere among the work unit.Moreover, consention in a group is intended to boost productivity. If members are involved in a decision, they are more likely to work harder because the task they are engaging in is what they are yerning for, so the efficiency can be enhanced. Take my friend Sam as an example. Sam is a PD.H candidate in the Northwestern University in America, and he was appointed to be the leader of a controversial program. At the begging there was arguement and oppositions on Sam’s suggetions to accomplish the job and nothing was done in a week. However, in the second week, Sam open choice making to his work mates and surprisingly they efficiently worked out a plan and began to take in action after 3 days. Sam later assume that the accomplishment was due to the agreement among the whole group which was incur by his action of allowing them take place in decisions.Undeniably, leting others together to settle the problem down has many advantages. However, it is not the only way that mold a efficient leader. For example, having the ability of organizing is also cherished by leaders. Those well-organized leaders are able to make schedule and operate the team successfully.In conclusion, it is promoting group members act in making decisions that make a eff icient leader. Only via offering others a sense of  belongling can a group augment productivity. Only via reaching agreement can a group work efficiently. Otherwise, every may just keep undone.
