For the science and technology is developing continuously nowadays, it's more and more conveninent that human's life become. So in such a background like this, there are some terrified about the ascent of science and technology that the capability of human's thinking would be decreasing, what is mentioned by the author of the issue. But in my opinion, the development of science and technology can't distort the capability of human's thinking.
At first, we can observe from the historical fact that after each scientistic revolution in the history, we can't see that the human's thinking capability were be descent, conversly, usually more advanced after a huge revoluntion of science and techonology. For instance, after the first industry revoluntion in the end of the 19th centry, the whole world came into the "electrical era" continuously, and a lot of famous scientists like Einstain, Bell were upwelling. Obviously, from the phonomonia of the scientists upwelling we can see that the capability of human's critical thinking were never impared that time , adversly the development of science and technology can improve it by this way.
After discussing the fact in history, we can discuss from the essence of the human's thinking capability. It's a common saying that the capability of human' thinking depends on the frequency of a person's thinking. Human's all have a telent to thinking. If a person is adept to solve the problems in life by thinking, that is to say, using his/her brain for more times, the capability of thinking can be improved. But the capability of human's thinking is not depended on the development of science and technology actually.
However, it's not absolutely meaningless that some people think that thedevelopment of sience and technology can abstain the human's thinking capability, the reasons may be like as follows that a high-developed science and technology tends to make our life become more and more convenient and the demand of a better and more convenient mean to solve problems become less and less, so thinking tends to unnecessary, so the capability of human's thinking would be imparied. But I think this face of the problem affect few om people's thinking ability, that if people keep their brain active, the capability of  thinking would not be descent.
Let us see that wether the thinking capability would be improved if the science and technology had never be developed. In acent world when the level of science and technology is low, the thinking capability of human is also low that they have never see so many kinds of new things by advanced science and technology. So the status conditions of technical level cannot help human's thinking capability become improved. Instead, a developing science and technology level can keep the advance and active or human's thinking region so that keep the ability of human's thinking.
In conclusion,although some people think that the develoing science and technology would abstain the capability of human's thinking for it would reduce human's thinking times or region, but my statement insist on that the developing of science and technology cannot affect the human's thinking capability, it's only depends on yourself.
