1. What kind of ideas can be identified as "the best"? Do they have different characteristics in different fields, such as science, politics, education, and art?
回答：
The idea suits the condition well and it cost less than other ways.
Simply, the best idea comes from a simple view, simplifying the complex problems.
In different filed, they have different appearance but in common, the essence of best ideas remains the same, sumplifying the problem.
2. What is the relationship between "passionate interest" and quality of ideas?
回答：
Passionate interest means more willingly to devote time into the problems. One may spend time, research, study, discuss,so that the idea he comes up with may work well since he has taken comprehensive consideration.
The difference between scientist and ordinary people may explains this well. We only konw the allpe will dorp because of gravitation.But scientist with a passionate to study this phenomennon can see the cause of gravitation and how it may apply to other cases. Then they can draw a formula to express the phenomenon .
3. Could a thorough and careful program of investigation be evidence of a "passionate interest"? Note that the claim is not that a passionate interest always gives rise to ideas that are among the best, but that the best ideas always derive from a passionate interest in something.

Definitely, the best ideas not always come from a great passion.We all have have the passion to write stories. But not every novel is a great work. Sometimes, a great idea calls for other abilities such as knowlwdge and talents. We all love music, but not every of us can write a popular symphony, because not every of us is musical genius.
4. Commonplace things -- What is the relationship between interest in "commonplace things" and the best ideas?

Interest in common things does not always produce best ideas, especially in Literature and art fields.
