With the development of society and economy, markets are becoming more and more increasing competitive. A number of empolyers want to employ people who keep the ability of same views with their team. Nonetheless, another people prefer to hire people with different views in team.I believe that people need same points with their team, which will save time,  have the benefit of communction and increase the possibility of success.The same view means people all points are team goal, which would not spend time in different views and save a lot time. For instant, if I am a designer in a team for inventing marchines. One day a client needed a cooking appliance that can heats food by dielectric eating accomplished with microwave type electromagnetic radition that is used to rotate and heat polarized molecules in food. We just took a meeting for discussing division of everyone's work and do it. Because every member has a specific aim and make it possible to devote all attention to it what must save much time.As we know, keeping the same point will avoid arguement and help for communcation. Tang Jun, a famous professional manager, has said that good communcations come from unanimous view. In 2009, he has received various honours, including China's Number One Chief Executive Officer in the Media Sector, China's Top Ten Most Valuable Professional Manager, China's Top Ten IT Economic Figure in 2002. He expressed that all the honours result from good team and perfect teamwork. Same view is one of the basic for teamwork.Last but not the least, keep same point in team will increase the possibility of success. There are some surveies from Social Reform Association show that over 90% successful teams believe good teamwork need same view and aim. At least 25% teams lost their cases because of different views. Sha Ni, a leader of scientific research team in NanFang University, said before a scientific researching, he must take a meeting for unifying viewpoint and method.Admittedly, different views in a team has same benefits such as provides creative ideas. Some people maybe think no different points means no innovation and reduce the possibility of achievement. Neverthless, the problem can be solved with some ways. For example, holding more arguements to discover and creat new ideas.In conclusion,  people holding different views cannot achieve success as a team. I believe the same point will provides team energy to overcome all kinds of difficulties. If you would like to your team get the goal and succseeful, make every member keeps the same viewpoint.
