Since childhood, parents have direct and powerful impact on their children. People is hard to avoid to be familiar with what their parents do. Therefore, they are likely to benefit from primary career education. The works of parents seems respective to children. From my point of view, youngsters who chose the same job with their parents made a smart decision.  First, parents can set icons to their children, which encourage them to act brilliant. As the first mentor in professional field, parents can give you the best guidance and the most loyal suggestion. Numerous skills and technologies can pass through generation to generation. it is lucky to exert  what parents hand over in the public view. Besides, charming qualities can hand over to the next generation at the same way. It has been wildly proved by events that perfectly explains parental love. The famous basketball "giant" Yao Ming was trained from boyhood by his parents who retired from professional teams. It is no doubt that this well-known superstar got beneficial from his own parent whereas he cannot be as successful as what he is today. In foreseeable future, he probably hands his crafts over to his own daughter.    Second, the parent-child relationship may reach a higher level if they work in the same field. In almost conditions, profound communication can let people understand one another more. They would have more topics to discuss and more points to share as well. It seems like a marvelous bridge, that the same profession, contacting with both parents and children, and make their hearts closer. Thus, the generation gap once separate them from deep-down-inside communication shrinks, which is a huge step progression between each other. Permanent harmony in the family is widely expected. However, everyone has the right to show he or her own preference on career choosing.  Interest is a vital factor which is not negligible. It can build environment of happiness.Parents are neither supposed to force their overexpectation on children, nor force them to stay in their field. If children feel suffered or unable to work in their parents' way, it is justificated to choose what they like. In a word, choosing career is a huge determination. To some people, it is the smart option to choose what their parents do. Nevertheless, it should be well considered to avoid all not rational decision. Undoubtedly, keeping the balance of mind is the key point of making the right choice.
