素质有坚持，勇气，智慧。他们于周围的人不一样。比如王健林，摸索新的商业模式而不是像其他公司那样用现成的模式。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
普遍性，坚持，勇气。（成功的人都需要坚持做他的事业，有勇气去尝试和承担风险。）
特殊性，背景，人脉。（成功还需要依靠家庭背景和人脉，在商业中，有了资本和人脉开展商业活动起来就会容易很多，很多新兴的产业比如电竞行业就是靠富二代建立起来的。）
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
和大家相似结果：和大多数人的成就类似，除非出现好的机会或者有好的背景。（如果大家都是一样的努力，一样的素质，那么谁能出众就要看一些运气和自身背景这种无法通过自身改变的条件的差别了）
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
1.更有利于成功（做出更突出的成绩，得到大家的赏识）
2.不利于成功（不合群，遭受排挤）
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
变得和他人是否一样，对成功起多大作用还是要看具体所处于的环境当中。为了获得成功，还需要学会尊重他人，学会和他人相处，学会自己独立思考。

Some people say if you aim for success, you should be the same as everyone else rather than differnt from others.However,i disagree with this argument.I think you should be yourself ,sperated from others.I have two reasons.
Firstly, being different can help us succeed.Successful people are always differnt from other people.They have some precious qualities -such as courage and persistence-that common people do not have,and these qualities help them succeed.If you just learn from everyone else,you can not learn these qualities and it will inhibit some essential steps in success.For example,there are some statistics reveal that most successful people spend much time in working and developing their career.If they do not work harder than other people ,they can not succeed.So you
should not inhibit yourself to be different person for success.
Secondly,it's difficult to success by being like others.Success means something oustanding and popular.In this case,if you want to succeed,you should do something better than others.For example,Edson invented useful things that other people can not create.Newton discovered nature principle that other people did not found at that time.Imagining you are just like others then there is no advantage of you.So in this way,you can be outstanding.So you should not be like others for success.
Although being like others may help you succeed, it is more difficult and you have to have some advantages in background,such as money and relationship.
In a word,I think it is not avaliable to be like others in order to success,rather than be different person.
