自己感兴趣。兴趣是衡量工作好坏的一个重要指标。
自己擅长去做。如果不擅长去做，也会失去对工作的激情，不利于自身发展。
2. 孩子们在选择工作时，是否一定需要考虑自己父母工作的性质和内容，为什么？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
不一定。
孩子的成长环境和父母的不同，虽然会受一定父母的影响，但是更多的还是老师和朋友等社会上其他人的影响。所以，孩子选择工作时的自身的条件想法和外界环境都和父母不一样。假设父母是医生，但是孩子从小数学特别出众，在数学上也有很好成就，那么选择工作的时候可以按照自身的条件选择数学更能利于自己发展。
3. 如果选择和父母类似的工作，是否会有利于孩子的发展，为什么？家长在其中会起到哪些影响？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
可能利于孩子得到帮助，少走弯路。但是也会限制孩子自身价值的体现和发展，让孩子会有依赖性，依赖父母的帮助。
4. 请结合实例谈谈选择和父母不同工作的孩子们是不是更不容易成功？
回答：
不是。奥巴马的母亲没有很正式的工作，然而奥巴马当上了参议院甚至最后当了总统，受世界瞩目。有很多人都想奥巴马一样，不合父母选一样的工作都获得了成功，他们努力体现了自身价值。
5. 请结合具体事例简述，选择和父母相似的工作与否是不是和自身成功有着必然联系？
回答：
没有。自身职业的成功最重要的还是自身的实力和兴趣。假设有了父母的帮助而自己没有能力去担当职位的话还是没法成功。

Parents are the teacher of their children and they can help their children get over some difficulties.However, it is not good or even worse for children to choose the job like their parents,in other words,their parents job might not good for them.
Firstly,some children can be more successful in other jobs.Success is an important signal of fitable jobs.If a man can improve his value and show his intellect in a job,the job is a ideal job for him.Steve Jobs is a designer,he start the Apple company and make a differnce in creating revoluitonary cell phone-Iphone.But his parents'work is to repair cars.If Jobs follow his parents,he can only repair cars for people,instead of changing the communication ways of the world. There are many other people like Jobs,they make a difference in their career differnt from their parents.So children should not follow their parents to choose their careers.
Secondly,some children have no interests in their parents works.Interest is also an important condition for choosing a job.People prefer "playing" work happily rather than do work hard.If a man is more enjoyable in a work differnt from his parents,why don't we let him to choose this work?My brother was a doctor as my father,however,he didn't like this job,he was in a bad mood to see the patients.Then,he quited and became a DJ in a club and now he is the most popular DJ in the club.He told me that he love dancing with people and playing music and this is his dream work.I also have many friends like my brother,they do the job they like instead of following their parents'.So parents job might not fit the children.
Of course,parents can help their children solve some problems in work if children choose the same jobs and it is good for children.But it is not the important factor to think about.Chilidren can succeed just depending their own abilities.So i think it is not right for children to choose their work as their parents.
