1. 请结合实际谈谈孩子们选择适合自己且利于自身发展的工作需要考虑哪些方面？
回答：
我认为选择一份工作首先要符合自己的兴趣爱好，如果干一件自己不喜欢的事情，可能坚持几天还比较容易但是坚持几年甚至一辈子就很难了。所以如果从事一份自己不喜欢的工作，会是一件很痛苦的事情，并且因为不喜欢可能会导致工作没有激情，那样的话工作效率很难保证。除了兴趣还应该考虑自己是否拿手，如果一个人连换电灯泡都不会，就算他对工程师这个职业感兴趣，他也不可能从事。
2. 孩子们在选择工作时，是否一定需要考虑自己父母工作的性质和内容，为什么？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
不需要，我们每个人都是独立的个体，每个人有着自己不同与别人的优势和略势，所以所适合的工作也不尽相同。当然，如果对父母从事的工作感兴趣是一件好事，因为工作有时候并不像看起来那样，如果从事父母从事的领域，我们可以得到父母更多的指导，他们能帮我们更好地了解这些工作。
3. 如果选择和父母类似的工作，是否会有利于孩子的发展，为什么？家长在其中会起到哪些影响？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
在很大程度上选择父母的工作有利于孩子发展，首先，可以从父母那里得到更多具体关于工作的信息，并且父母的指导可以让孩子快速的熟悉工作。而且由于父母在这个行业可能认识一些人，这些人可能会在孩子的工作中起到灯塔的作用。当然，也有一些不利因素，孩子如果在一个全新的领域学习工作，由于没有人可以指引他，他可能会更加努力。并且可能他对一些其他领域更感兴趣，这种兴趣能让他在这个领域走的更远。
4. 请结合实例谈谈选择和父母不同工作的孩子们是不是更不容易成功？
回答：
我认为不是，选择和父母一样工作的孩子虽然在刚工作的时候由于父母可以传授工作经验可以取得领先。但是究竟取不取得成功完全看自己的努力。而却很多孩子从事和父母相同领域的工作，由于很多事都可以找父母帮忙，可能自己解决问题的能力反而会降低，在日后的发展中就不容易取得进步。有很多像俞敏洪，马云，巴菲特这样的企业家取得了巨大的成功，他们都从事着和父辈不同的工作。
5. 请结合具体事例简述，选择和父母相似的工作与否是不是和自身成功有着必然联系？
回答：
当然没有必然联系，不然的话总统的儿子就一定是一个好的政客了，但是事实不是这样。

Nowadays, almost everyone
in the world need face the question that what kind of work is good for me. And
some may hold the opinion that it is better to choose the jobs similar to
parent while others hold the different opinion. As for me, I disagree with the
statement that it is better to choose the jobs similar to parents.
When choose a job, I think, the interest
play a bigger role. A job means tasks that we need to deal with every day. So
it is obvious that dealing with things that we do not like is miserable and
boring. As a consequence, we can’t stand the work. When we do not have passion
to the work, there is no chance that we can finish the job better than ones who
love this job. In contrast, if we choose a work obey to our interest, we can go
further. Consider Buffet, he is the richest man in the world. As far as I am
concerned it is interest that brought him to the success. As he had a passion
in math and business, he began his first business when he was a little boy. And
when he grown up, he can devote all his time to the job and eventually he got
the success. It is easy to image that if he listened to his father to work as a
politician that he had no interest, he would not be so successful.
Admittedly, there are some advantages when
children choose the same work as their parents do. For instance, they can get
some useful advice from their parents, and by talking with their parents they
can have a better understanding about the work easily. But the truth is, when
taking advantages of their parent, they lose the learning ability. As their
parent can help them in almost every aspect, they have little pressure when
facing the problem because asking parents for solution is a easier way. In
contrast, the people who do not have this advantage have to learn by themselves.
As a result, the ability to learn and to solve the problem improved. In the
long run, the advantages become to disadvantages.
When taking all these factors into account.
We may reach the conclusion that choosing
a job similar to your parents will not help.
