不需要；比如很多农村家庭出来的小孩长大后从事各种行业，如IT，金融等，他们就是为了不再从事父辈的工作; 有些父母本身就不喜欢自身的工作，她们也不希望小孩继续从事这样的工作。
3. 如果选择和父母类似的工作，是否会有利于孩子的发展，为什么？家长在其中会起到哪些影响？请结合具体事例简述。

有些需要，主要在于经验的积累和传递和资源。比如父母世代为老师，小孩更倾向稳定工作，还是从事教师职业；家族生意，小孩长大更愿意接受，有稳定的客户源和相关的渠道。家里从事金融行业，如在银行工作，小孩也愿意继续做

不是，最终还是取决于自身的努力以及父母工作的性质

没有必然联系。相似会使其缺乏上进的动力，更容易满足；同时也会局限于父母以前的经验，不易发展。

Confronted by fierce competition nowadays, more and more children are trained and cultivated early to cope with the situation. In order to gain more advantages than their peers and get a better job in further,some regard children would be better to do the same job like their parents to get passed more resources. However,i assume this is a misleading view. Children should select their jobs based on their interest and need,it's parochial to narrow their options to parents' stands.
The jobs the parents get sometimes are not as good as we expect,under certain circumstances, even parents themselves don't expect children to take their old paths.As example of numbers of my colleges in the company, whose position are good-looking internet developers while their parents are mostly farmers with low social-status.Apparently,the title of developers in a giant company are far more respectable than their parents jobs--farmers. As a result, it's undoubtedly children should find their own niches instead of replying on jobs from their parents if they're not good.
Also the technology is advancing and changing rapidly nowadays,interdisciplinary occupations begin to be demanded and welcomed more than the traditional ones as most of jobs that our parents take.Plus,knowledge and experience are updating far more quickly than in the past. So it's rationale that the job our parents take as well as experience they accumulate are not kept pace with the development of modern trend. Thus it's not a wise strategy if children are going the same way with their parents.
Undeniably, plentiful resources can be assessed easily and quickly from the parents if children have the same job with them.But i regard it as a dangerous thought.As an old saying, no pain no gain. When children can get all these edges from their parents easily,their ability of competition and being ambitious tend to be lost and undermined simultaneously due to their parents assistance.My classmate Lily is such a case, who lose even her opinion when take the jobs similar with her parents and always being acquiescent towards them.
To summarize, it's rigid to say children who should take the jobs similar with their parents have more pros.we should learn to look at them objectively.
