1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
成功人士应该具备有敏锐的观察力，有丰富的想象力，有极好的创造力。这些是和其他人不同。中国手机品牌小米定位网络宣传和消费，利用日益增长的互联网需求，成功在三年时间里打造了300亿市值的小米。
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
普遍的特性就是对梦想的坚持和对事业的热爱。特质就是对未来趋势的把握。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和大家相似就泯灭了创造力，但是可以和大家融为一个整体。如果从事的职业并不需要很多的创造力更多的是与人进行沟通和协作，如果职业是需要创造力就不利于成功。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变得和大家不同有可能被人认为是怪胎而鄙夷和排斥。如果是需要静下心来研究和钻研的科学事业可能去的成就，如果是需要人际交往的社会类职业则不利于成功。日本科学家岛津就是一个与众不同的人，最后潜心研究获得了诺贝尔化学奖，但是在获奖之前他都是与人无法相处被视作异类。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
变得与众不同并不是主观能够控制的东西，气得作用也不是自己能够操纵的，除了题目中的方面，更重要的是对事业的热爱和对梦想的坚持。

nowadays,we have preference on personality and the abllity of creating.I believe that in order to succeed, you should be more different from everyone else.First,if you want to succeed,you must have opportunity.Opportunity is the most important thing when you already work hard everyday and insist on your own dream for a long time and never have a thought that you will give up one day.Sometimes the opportunity relates on lucky but I believe that you can make the opportunity.If you don't have the same opinion with others on a meeting,you will be noticed by your leader or your superior.And this can help you get a chance to let more people to know you and to help you be succeed.Second,being different from everyone else can help you to jump out of the thinking set.This can help you to be more creative than others.You can have the idea which is better than others and this can help you succeed.As we all know,Steven Jobs,one of the greatest guy in the world,his thought and ideas about personal computer are very different from people's generely thinking way.But finilly the succes of the Apple confirmed that Jobs is right.Third,being different from others makes you be called in question.This pursude you to work hard to find much more facts to support your opinoin and can develop your ability of facing questions and difficulties.I believe this can help you succeed.By these three reasons I believe that in order to succeed, you should be more different from everyone else.
