Yes. They can spend money in two aspects. Firstly, building some gynasuim and buying more furniture to afford more students more chances to take exercise. Secondly, organizing some sports meeting to encourage students take part in sports.
2. 你觉得大学应该给图书馆提供资金吗？如果应该，这些钱你觉得应该花在哪呢？
回答：
Yes, of course, as a university, it should afford a lot amount of money to ensure that it has a great library. Firstly, it should buy more books and more electronical furnitures for students to research. Secondly, it should buy more desks to give students good enviroment to study.
3. 你觉得体育活动和图书馆会不会有一个需要花更多的钱呢？如果有，为什么？
回答：
Maybe, library should own more money. Because as a university, a great library is very important. The most important thing in university is doing some research. However, if students cannot take part in some sports which need complicate furnitures, they can run, play badminton or do some simple sports to exercise.
4. 对学生而言，参加体育活动有什么好处？去图书馆又有什么好处？两者比较一下。
回答：
Taking part in sports can improve their body condition, relax themselves and make them get ready for the future. Going to the library will increase their knowledge, solve problems and know what to do in their life.
