消极影响在于不能解决根本问题，长此以往，会使贫穷国家产生依赖，同时，会消磨国民的积极性。
3. 你觉得援助对于给予援助的国家的积极影响和消极影响分别是什么?
回答：
积极影响：树立援助国家的正面形象，增加两国之间的贸易往来。
消极影响是加重了国家的负担。

Currently ,public debate has been going on over whether giving aid to impoverished countries has more negative effects or more positive effects .In this eassy ,I am going to discuss both side and give my view.From where I stand, giving aid to the poverty will gain more positive effects due to the fact that the developed countries are well developed and their citizens are staying far away from the starvation.
