变得和大家相似能够吸取经验，变得和大家不同可以获得新的经验或者有意外的收获，当一件事情按照传统方法仍无法获得成功后，改变方法另辟蹊径才是更加利于成功的方法，墨守成规只可能是浪费更多的时间或者打击自己的自信心。柯南在被禁止上电视之后聚集了一帮曾经的同事，他觉得不能够浪费时间呆在家里于是他想起了和他的朋友举行巡回的表演，during this tour, he expanded his eye sight and closed the distance with fans. As the tour proceeding, more and more fans payed money to watch him.
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
不同可能会获得新的机遇也可能彻底失败，当改变能够起到一个positive的效果的时候更加容易走向成功，反之则不能。NIKE的成功是因为focus on whatever it is in vogue. 诺基亚的失败在于没有针对市场的变化而及时的改变自己的发展方向，尤其是当其它厂商在发展安卓系统手机时。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
都只是成功的一个方面，Making changes lead people to have different results apiece. 对于有的人很有效果对于有的人没有效果，同样除了改变以外，是否能够保持专注以及有一个良好的mental status.

Other’s experience may be not suiting

No one can imitate others totally.
Although they can give you some good advice, making some differences can bring you some surprise. Other’s experience may be not suiting you. Other’s experience may be not suiting you, because you have different environment or situation. It is ridiculous to say that if you are more like others, you will be success. When I was learning English in my middle school, my teacher told me that watching TV series is a good way, while, I followed his advice and found that the efficiency was not as good as I expected. So, to be more like others than to be different from everyone else could not promise your success, since we must analysis the environment around us, and base on case by case. No one can imitate others totally. It is no use to deny that you cannot imitate others totally, since when you are trying to imitate others, you cannot find out all of his merit. Hence, it is entirely possible that some important facts are ignored. I have a friend, named John, who had a convenience store before. One day, he told me that he wanted to expand the scale of his store and sell fast foods, which made profits for his neighborhood. While, 3 month latter, he told me that he shot down his store, in that he had never carefully considered why his neighborhood can success. Meanwhile, he just imitated his neighborhood selling sushi but never cared about the flavor. Therefore, many details have been ignored, which caused the failure of his business. Although they can give you some good advice, making some differences can bring you some surprises. In contemporary world, having the courage to make a change is rare, in which most people thought that it is safe to follow others. Obviously, imitating can avoid problem and give you some good advice, while, the power to promote our society and world is creative. In last decades, the development of our society was amazing, partly because of inheriting from one generation to the next generation, principally because lots of people did not want to follow the tradition. We should look no further than the case of Steven Jobs who thought to live is to change the world. In Jobs’ life, making change was always what he pursued. Consider, if everybody just wants to follow others, our world will not become colorful and enjoyable.
