A good boss should have the following aspects,it is very important for him to run a company well,
so she can let the company become more and more well ,the workers can do the work together very well ,
furthemore a good boss should be an efficient communicator who can change her communcating techniques to be sure all her workers can grasp her ideas ,so that she can make the worker understand her to the most degree
at last but not least ,a good should show her great ability when her workers are making mistakes should let them know why they are wrong and how they are going to correct it rather simply pumish them
it is what i think a good boss should have i also think it is the phoisphy of every good boss
