1. 如果不存在“个人责任”这个概念，人们的学习、工作、生活以及整个社会的发展都会出现哪些问题？请举例并简述。
回答：
个人责任是为了服从集体意志，如果集体意志得不到满足，人们只顾自己的想法，那么集体便无法正常运作，社会便不会稳定且不断进步，这反过来也会作用到个体，使个体的生活无法正常进行。比如保护大气是我们的责任，但是人们为了利益不断排放工业废气，使温室效应愈发严重，导致酸雨来袭，对农田，建筑产生了很大破坏。
2. 让个人为自己的行为负责对于社会有哪些好处？请举例并简述。
回答：
每个人都各尽其职，社会会发展更快更和睦。奥运会上，运动员知道自己的职责，便会全力以赴挑战自己，取得好成绩，为国家挣得荣誉。甲流期间，白衣战士奋斗在最前线与病毒斗争，控制了这场灾难，挽救了无数生命。
3. 人们的行为都受到哪些因素的影响？请举例并简述。（可从内因、外因两方面分别考虑）
回答：
内因：1本性，这是与生俱来的因素，比如每个母亲都爱自己的孩子，母爱是女性的本性，无论爱的方式是对是错。2责任感，这是后天通过学习形成的，比如老师对学生负责，医生对病人负责，清洁工对城市的清洁负责。
外因：1环境，不同环境下的人遇到同一件事的行为不同，比如在中国，朋友聚餐通常由一个人买单，在美国通常AA。2身边的人，周围人的行为会影响我们的行为，比如单亲家庭的孩子对于婚姻和爱情比较悲观。又比如不好的朋友会让人误入歧途。
4. 外界因素在哪些情况下以何种方式影响着人们的行为？请举例并简述。
回答：
成长环境，包括社会环境，家庭环境，教育环境。
现实事件，包括自然灾害，现实条件。
5. 人们是否可以不顾外界环境的影响而进行自己的选择？如果可以，请举例；如果不可以，请解释原因。
回答：
不可能完全不顾外界影响，外界给予了我们无法摆脱的限制，比如我们的生命是有限的，脆弱的，我们应该珍惜生命不拿健康为成本。不能为了追求金钱而忽视了生命的意义。比如有些人家境贫寒，限制了他很多的选择，他必须更努力才能得到他想要的。

People's behaviour can be astributed to multitude of factors that are usually categorized into external factor and internal factor. Comparatively, people's own making determins their conduct in spite of the inevitable external enfluence.
The outside elements set various restractions that most of which individuals can hardly get rid of , while the factors from the inside varies from man to man and are controlled by human themselves. The exterior aspects consist of influences and restrictions from environment , society and family, such as the role in the society depends on the education level. On the other hand, individual's personality, value, perspective of the world and interests could determine the subjuctive choice.
Furthermore, although large numbers of limits in our life seem impposible to eliminate, to a large extent, we are able to adjust ourselves to adapt them or cope with them. For instance, students in poverty are able to acheive great degree by setting up ambitious goals and striving for it as a result of abtain superior situation than students from wealthy families when they graduate from school. Moreover, as we know, the generational gap is no doubt exists. However, two generations could alliviet it through communication to understand each other better. If we apply this method to the society, we may get the way to establish a compatible and harmony conmunity by means of communicating and respecting other people.
Last but not least, it is human's will that can ensure human to preform his or her duty. An individual plays dinsinct roles in our society, and each one needs certain responsibility. Only if people are willing to carry out their duty instead of being compelled by external forces, they could make effort to do it and never complain. Otherwise, they are liable to make mistakes in pursuit of their own interests. There is the case that Mengniu dairy company cared about the interests other than the healthy of their consumer, consequently they gaveup their responsibility and add exotic ingredient into the milk that jeopardizing people's healthy even life.
Admittedly, God has determined our country, our backgroud and even nature disaster we encountered. Yet we have a wide extent of choice. It is a series of options we made in the past that push us to the situation we stay in today. Obviously, our determination will change our future.
