比如 有一些 市民不明白当地的有关儿童入学的问题 的政策 就打电话 到当地教育局咨询 相关的工作人员
该工作人员就把相关政策 和 注意事项 详细的解释了一遍 该市民的问题就得到了解决。
3. 目前存在的急需解决的问题具有什么特点？如果不解决会对社会、人民、政府造成什么影响？请举例说明。

中国没有 自己的 芯片 CPU 系统操作软件 system operative software 造不出自己 的 F-22 连 F-22 所使用的发动机 engine 也造不出来
一旦 未来战争爆发 中国军队拿什么去保卫自己的国家 那时只有用自己的血肉 来筑其我们新的长城 。
6. 政府面临的社会压力来自于何处？这些社会压力会用什么方法来调节？如果政府不解决社会上存在的问题，会出现什么结果？请举例说明。

但是如果不解决 这些问题 百姓愤怒 只是一方面 另一方面 会造成严重的食品安全后果 整体的食品安全就会暴漏出来 易粪相食 就是说 生产牛奶的不喝牛奶 生产大米的不吃大米 但他总要吃这个环境里的食品 免不了 吃到有问题的食品 。

governments should focus on trying to solve the anticipated problems of the
future rather than on solving the immediate problems of today.
Although solving the anticipated problems of the future can engender some
difficulty and pressure, it will bring more benefits. Given the safety of
nation and peace of world, China
produces the atom bomb in the condition of lacking of money, technologies and
engineers. Only in the field of money, Chinese government does not have enough
money to produce the atom bomb, but China defeats the difficulty to
succeed to produce the atom bomb. Because the determination of Chinese
government is unchangeable and will is very strong. At that time, one newspaper
of Hong Kong said: “The Chinese are too poor
to have a pant to wear and the Chinese government wants to produce the atom
bomb. The Chinese government should spend money in improving the welfare of
people rather than making the atom bomb." And many people agreed this
opinion. However, after the Chinese living in the foreig countries heard the
news that China succeeded in
atom bomb, they were very happy for China. Because from that moment on,
China became stronger than
ever and the safety of China
had insurance and the Chinese people can live in the peaceful environment.
If the
anticipated problems of the future are solved in the effective methods now, it
will have the serious result. The Chinese institution of education is out of
date and can not provide the talent of innovational创新 ability for nation, so
the core competitiveness核心竞争力on of China in the future is almost blank空白. China does not have its own CPU of
computer, system operative software and F-22 plane and even can not produce its
engine of fighter plane. Once the war happens, what does the Chinese Army use
to protect their own nation? It only uses the lives of solider to protect the
nation.
Although governments should focus on trying to solve the anticipated
problems of the future, that the immediate problems of today are not
solved can lead to the bad results. For example, if the price of food
still increases, the life level of the common people will decrease and the
social contradiction矛盾 is also increasing so that the supporting rate of the government
declines. But I think that governments should focus on trying to solve the
anticipated problems of the future rather than on solving the immediate
problems of today.
