Upsetting and controversial problems are easily affected by emotions. People are more easily to argue with others about upsetting and controversial problems when they feel bad. It is bad for people to solve the upsetting and controversial problems. In our family, we always discuss upsetting and controversial problems,such as my school performance, in our dining time because we usually have a good time and can discuss these problem peacefully.
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？
回答：
When people try to solve these problems, they may change their mind quickly because they are stimulated by environments, And if they make a decision too quick, they might regret later. So communicating with others by sending email or text message has more advantages. When I and my wife prepared our wedding, we usually argue with each other about wedding details. Because wedding is important for us, it is difficult for us to compromise. In order to solve these problems, we usually send email to the other. By email, we could point our reasons and compare plans peacefully.
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
email and text message are formal, accurate. We usually use them to make a plan with group members.
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
telephone and voice message shows emotion more directly. We usually use them to communicate with our friends and families. It is not suitable to discuss these problems mentioned above. Once, I quarreled with my collage when we discuss a problem we met in our tasks. We had different plans to solve the problem. We both wanted to persuade the other. Then our voice became louder and louder, and finally we quarreled instead of solving the problems. Then, our supervisor told us we should communicate these problems by email which can give us more time to calm ourselves and consider plans.

With the development of technology, people have many methods to communicate with others. They can connect with friends not only by text but also by voice. But when we try to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, which is the best method of communication? In my view, the advantages of using e-mail or text messaging are more than advantages of any other approaches.
Firstly, using e-mail or text messaging makes our suggestion more credible because e-mail or text messaging is formal. In our company, the human resource department usually send our performance results by e-mail.
What's more, instead of using telephone or voice messaging, using e-mail or text messaging could provide us time to find a good solution to controversial problems.
Last not least, using e-mail or text messaging helps us clam and remove our emotion from communication which contributes the well understanding of controversial problems.

Contrary to voice message, text messages are not at time. We may miss the best time to address the conflicts, so we need to sending e-mail or text messaging as soon as possible.
