1. 一个新环境往往具备哪些特点？人们适应一个新环境的过程往往是怎样的？这个适应过程是只有少数人具备的吗？请结合实际简述。
回答：
陌生，孤独，还有可能缺乏安全感。首先会慢慢的与别人开始接触，然后聪小心谨慎到信任周围的人，再到熟悉整个环境。不是全部人都具备适应各种环境的能力，比如我的一个大学同学，他跟我是来自一个省的，但是的他非常的胆小内向，不太愿意与别人说话，所以在大四都快要毕业的时候，他仍旧说不好普通话。所以我认为适应环境的过程不是每个人都具备的。
2. 专业知识的重要作用是什么？它能够帮助我们做好哪些事情？请结合实际简述。
回答：
专业知识的重要作用是解决专业的问题，很多时候专业知识能够解决大多数一般人无法解决的问题，比如我的老师，陈老师，他就非常的厉害曾经在剑桥和SUTD工作过，所以老师就能解决很多别人解决不了的问题。比如老师编写的一个软件，整个学校都在使用他编写的软件来进行打印排列。
3. 什么样的工作要求我们适应环境的能力更强些，为什么？这些工作有什么样的特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
其实很多工作都需要人有很强的适应能力，因为绝大部分工作都需要与人进行交流，比如我现在的工作就是在学校里面编程，然后每周都需要给大家做个presentation，如果我的适应能力很弱的话，那我肯定会很害怕跟别人交流导致我的工作效率地下。
4. 什么样的工作需要我们具备出色的专业知识？专业知识是如何帮助我们做好这些工作的呢？请结合实际简述。
回答：
基本上每个工作都需要出色的专业知识，比如我正在编写的相机程序，我老师因为编写了非常多的相机程序了，在我觉得我遇到我无法解决的问题的时候，我老师总是能够轻松得解决，所以我认为几乎每一个工作都需要出色的专业知识。
5. 干好一份工作需要哪些方面的能力？上述两种能力以外，其他方面的能力对于工作起到什么重要的影响？请结合实际简述。
回答：
交流能力和执行能力在做好一份工作里面是最终要的。我见过的很多厉害的人都具有这2种能力，如果还有其他的能力对与工作有影响的话，那就是调节自己心情的能力，因为工作是个长期的过程，如果自己没有调节自己心情的能力的话，就会因为自己的心情不好而让工作效率变得低下

Adapting to a new environments is always a issue for majority
people.Taking me for example,since i graduated from high school,I have
been to 3 different cities for studying or working.So seen from me,it is
easy to realize that what is the key element for preforming well in a
different environment.From my point of view,the ability to adapt to a new environment is equal important to excellent knowledge for a job.
My professor I am now working for,he is a excellent computer engineer,he used work in Cambridge and MIT,he always deal with difficulties that others can not handle.For example,my professor write a software that can arrange the printing paper automatically ,nearly whole stuffs in the school use his software to arrange paper.As a consequence,I think my professor is a example of that using his excellent professional knowledge to perform well in a new environment.
However,he is not the unique example that performing well in a new environment.Me,I just graduated from college this year,and have not been sophisticated in my major,but I am a easygoing guy,and with the ability of making new friends,it is easy for me to adapt in a new experiment.My job need to give a presentation every week,and because of my nice speech skill and excellent communication skill,although I am not always make a perfect job,my communication can also bring a perfect presentation.As a consequence,I think the ability of adapting to a new environment is also crucial.
Besides those two abilities I mentioned,the ability to adjust your mood is also key to your success.For people continues working for a long time,no matter he performs excellent or bad performs in his job,he must get tired and may do not want to work again.Several months ago,I met a high school classmate who was a good guy with nice ability in studying,but when we talk about our situations that he complained all the time.I was surprised,for he nearly had a highest salary among our high school classmates.And he said he wants to change a job because he had hated to see his better colleagues.So given a experience of my high school classmate,I think the ability of adjust mood is also crucial to perform well in a environment.
