回答: 1.知识,包括基本的科学文化知识,以及 将来以之谋生的专业知识与技能。 2.有原则周详的价值体系,只有建立了一套有原则完整的价值体系才会对明确那些事值得做,为什么要做,做事的手段是否合乎伦理道德。 3.通过学习中的互动,掌握与人相处交流之道。 4.培养自己特有的兴趣爱好,每个人都有好奇心,都有用自己独特的方式去探索的欲望。

回答: 如果在授课过程中,教育家严格且完全满足学生想要的,这样是做不到的。因为和庞大的学生数量相比,教育资源相对有限,有时是匮乏的,无法完全以满足学生所需为前提去进行。即使教育资源充足,这样做可能会造成很多学生知识结构不完整,不能为社会输送全面发展的人才。
4. 如果在授课的过程中,教育家完全忽视学生想要在课程中得到什么,这会对教学以及其效果有哪些影响?请举例并简述。
回答: 这样完全忽视学生所需的做法会扼杀学生的兴趣,好奇心,影响学生的学习动力,使学生的潜力未能得到充分开发。
5. 你认为的,在授课过程中,应该怎样参考学生的需要比较合适?请简述。
回答: 应该尽量给不同兴趣的学生提供一些可供自主选择的课程,前提是在必修课得到保证的基础上。例如,对于学习物理专业的学生,可以开始一些现代物理前沿的讨论课,让学生了解物理学家正对哪些问题感兴趣,有哪些亟待解决的难题,使学生结合自身来有针对性的学习。

What should educators teach students in the classroom?The speaker claims that educators should find out and offer students what they want for importance of interests and individual needs.I concede that educations should take account for interests and specific needs of each students,however,in my view educators should not only offer the choice and autonomy to students also guarantee the compulsory curriculum.

I agree with the speaker's viewpoint that educators should design course contents according individual demands and interests.After all ,an educational system that take account for interests and specific need of each students would help students fully develop their distinct potential and gift.According to a research of educational psychology, most of students are willing to be centered and appreciated and enthusiastic about learning what they are interested in.In such situations,they gain psychological satisfactory so that they are motivated to study.

Nevertheless,even though students' needs and interests should be valued,however,the quality of compulsory curriculum could be ensured rather than neglected.Compulsory curriculum represents wisdom of myriad intellectuals.For instance,the college physics course involves wisdom of many gifted physicists,such as Galileo,Newton,Maxwell,Einstein,etc.And anyone who wish to be a physicist must have a command of the college physics course.In the contrast, if educators design course contents only according to students' demands and interests,ignoring the importance of the compulsory course,students might not have a good command of basic knowledge and skills.Thus,assuring the quality of compulsory curriculum is a also important task for educators.

Aside from undeniable value of compulsory curriculum,however,it is impossible for educators to design education fully according to his/her specific demands and interests due to relatively limited educational sources.We suppose that  there are usually a teacher and twenty students in a class and teaching a lesson needs forty minutes.If the course contents are designed to satisfied each student's specific needs and interests,the time occupied by each student is only two minutes.However,the number of students in a class may be larger.Therefore,it is a mission impossible that educators  design education fully according to his/her specific demands and interests.

Admittedly,although complete liberty in designing educations is not available to each student,educators should try to give students more freedom and choices as long as the quality of compulsory education is assured.And it is helpful not only to develop students' distinct potential and talent but also widen their horizons.For example,for college students in physics department,educators should offer some courses involving the latest issues in modern physics to make students know which fields the physicists are interested in.So they could adjust their own plans of study actively and purposely.

In sum,it is helpful that educators design educational system according to students' individual demands and interests.However,educators should  not only ensure the quality of compulsory education also the specific needs and interests of each student.
