1. 在我们的日常生活和社会历史中，获得成功的人都应该具备那些素质？这些成功人士是和其他人一样呢还是与众不同呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
在日常生活中，我遇见的成功人里，他们都具备以下特质：勤奋，努力，善于把握机遇，对人热情，说到做到。他们的目标非常明确。我认识的一个项目经理，他是一个非常成功的人，他现在手里有好几个在建项目，但如果有哪个项目到工作节点时，他都会亲自到项目指挥，有时一晚上也不睡；而且没有一点架子，和工人在工地一起工作
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
成功人士身上的普遍性是都有明确的目标，知道自己想要什么。对待其合作伙伴和自己员工的态度的就不同；成功人士都会对下一个阶段做计划，然后明确现在要做什么，但他们都自己员工的态度就不同了，我知道 有的老板对自己的员工非常的好，定期组织员工出去玩，给员工吃的更好；而有的老板就做的洽洽相反。
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变的和大家相似，我们会觉的领导平易进人，这样大家都 会喜欢接进他，不好的是，领导是带领我们达到事业成功的人，他应该是一个权威人事，应该看的更远。乔布斯就是一个不好相处的人，但正是他的这些孤傲才能创造出苹果手机，引领了手机潮流。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
变的和大家不同就会让人觉的不好接触，像是个怪人。如果他是个计算机程序员，他不用和别人接触那他的这点更容易让他成功，但如果他的工作是领导一个团队，需要合作做一件事情的话，那就不容易成功了。
5. 变得和他人一样也好，不一样也罢，对成功究竟能起到多大的作用？为了获得成功，除了题目中涉及的那方面问题，还需要那些优秀的品质呢？请结合实例简述。
回答：
一个人成功很多情况下是需要外在机遇，一个人在优秀没有机会也是不行的。而且还要勤奋，认真，有时还需要家人和朋友的帮助。

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: In order to succeed, you should be more like others than be different from everyone else.
All the people want success. But how? someone old successful people will say, don't do this, don't do that; follow what I do, like me. Is that right? I disagree with that. I don't think a Dream catcher should be more like other people.
First, a successful man must have his talent that can edge over other people. This talent makes him unique, no one can replace him. Michael Jackson provide strong backing for this. He is a hard working person, He spoke openly about his childhood in an interview with Oprah, he credited with his father's stick discipline with playing a large role in his success. We can refer form that his childhood must through a lot of practicing. Today we often refer him as "The King of Pop" he contributes to music, dance, and fashion, made his global figure in pop culture for over four decades. I think millions of people are imitate his complicated dance techniques like the robot, the moonwalk. But nobody can excel him. Trying to be succeed, the main problem might be equip with success characters including: diligent, easy-going, prudent, insistence, patience,etc.
Opportunity is another cause. Everyone has his own situation, I mean, one can't copy another successful person's experience to achieving success. For example, Jack Ma, who is executive Chairman of Alibaba Group. He is the first mainland Chinese entrepreneur to appear to on the cover of Forbes Magazine and ranks as one of the world's billionaires. Imagine one man wanted to become a person like him, and check his experience known that he found China yellow page ,wildly believed to be China's first Internet-based company,at the beginning of his career. So you might think this is the first step for his to be a billionaires. That's right but it is not your first step to be a billionaires. Think again, It is in 1995 that he found China yellow page. At that time, only a few people knowing how to use computer. But now, China become the largest PC consumer in the world. Jack Ma's oppertunity is dispear. and the situation is totally different. That's why you can't be more like other, if you want success. You should analsy your situation and social businiess enviroment, combining your forte, to choose your won road.
I know the success people have some common like working hard, diligent, insistence, more parctice ect. Those good character do help him to achieve success, but not a man have these charicater must achieve success. Like me I like NBA 's player Yaoming, but my height only 1.75m. How hard I work, can't become a person like Yaoming.
So that's the reason I'm not agrree that statement.
