为了工作而选择专业的方式，好处是针对性强，如果自身的兴趣正好切合在就业好的专业上，那将是非常幸福的。即使不是很感兴趣，但是将来就业会相对容易一些，在这个竞争如此激烈的社会，毕业就面临着失业，如果能够很快找到工作并且拿到合适的薪水也是学生上大学的目的。
但是很有可能预估的就业情况和学生毕业以后的就业情况不相符，经过几年的变化，很有可能当时的热门专业现在已经饱和，而当时看上去很不起眼的专业现在正是流行，例如几年前经济专业还是非常有前景的，这两年全球经济下滑，美国发生次贷危机，欧洲国家经济也低靡不振
还有可能学生选了自己不感兴趣的专业而不愿意主动学习，导致成绩很差，什么也没学到
2. 如果忽视了学生的能力和兴趣，而仅仅为某项工作做好了准备，会有哪些潜在的问题和不足？请举例并简述。

如果忽视了学生的能力和兴趣，而仅仅为某项工作选择专业，很有可能埋没了学生的才能和天赋，比如一个人特别喜欢画画，但是家长觉得画画不好就业，生活不稳定，就让孩子选择了医学，他们认为医生收入高，工作稳定等等。
还有可能是学生为了这份工作只关心与其相关的东西而不了解外界新鲜的东西，不会将知识融会贯通，现在的社会需要的是复合型人才，只会自己本专业的知识和技能是远远不够的，比如一个人学经济，如果他不懂政治，不懂法律，不懂大众人群的心理，是很难在复杂的问题中进行正确的剖析的
3. 除了为工作做准备以外，在大学阶段，学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力？怎样进行这些能力的锻炼？请举例并简述。

除了为工作做准备，在大学阶段是学生培养自己各方面能力的最佳时期，因为这时候的思想和生理已经基本成熟，他们不再依靠父母，而是靠自己决断。社交能力、团队合作意识，身体健康状况，独立思考能力，批判性思维的培养，还有体验爱情。如果仅仅是为了工作，很多能力也就错过了最佳的培养时期
4. 在工作中，是否只有专业知识才是有用的？如果不是，还有哪些知识是有用的？为什么？请举例说明。

在工作中，不是只有专业知识才是有用的，还有很多是要在工作上才能学会的，比如待人接物，处事方法，与人交流的技巧，和具体的工作岗位也有关，比如学的是教育，就不仅仅是要知道相应的课程的知识，还需要掌握心理学，还要会与青少年沟通，而且仅限于本专业是不够的，一个真正优秀的老师是能启发学生的思维和创造力的
