There are millions of people choose to go further study after they graduate from high school.They almosty attend colleges or universities.But what is the purpose for them?I think people go there with the following reasons.
The first reason i want to put forward is that,preparing for the career.When we were in high school,all we learned were the fundamental knowledge for further study.However,the major we choose in universities means what we want to do in the future and it must be decided after deep thinking.And univeristies provide a system teaching plan to make you full of knowledge to face the society.So you can get a well job than people who do not attend universities also you will owe a better salary.
The second reason is that students can show yourselves with your ability.Universities not only a school but also a mini-society.Also you can learn what you interested,such as dancing,musical instrument and so on.Choosing an admired community and show your ability.You get from others not only appluse but also confidence.It is much valuable than knowledge you take in classes.Also you can compete the chairman of students union.You will find your speaking ability is enhanced unconsciously.
The last reason i want to say is that you will make lots of friends,your schoolmates come from everywhere in your country.Friends are vital part of our life.People who have lots of friends is a good thing.
