Similarity to present winners is essential to a person who is determined to succeed, and it also means that the person needs to keep distant from ordinary people who usually share similar thoughts and judgment. Winners are often special to the extent that people tend to regard them as crazy in many circumstances. Despite occasional arrogance, they do have an ability to smell potential opportunities while others see nothing in a competitive market.

    Winners often own several quite common characteristics, including intelligence,high creativity, and persistence. They dare to take huge risks in a condition where nobody identify the reason why they do this. Although opposed by many people, even their parents, they are often very brave and obliterate to surrounding comments on his performance. Winners are usually self-confident, and in many cases, they go way beyond confidence but arrogance as many people call them. The confidence can lead them to success, but also serious failure certainly. For example, Ford got enourmous success by his car manufacturing industry, but he adhered to black cars rather than switch to colorful cars to meet consumers' tastes. His arrogance almost led to the bankrupcy of Ford Company. In spite of the latent risks caused by winners' excessive confidence, winners often become more persistent but also more sensitive to others' need after their failure. They never give up.
