THe speaker asserts that there are two kindsof laws , just law and unjust law, every individual in our society should obey just law and disobey unjust law. In fact, there is not absolutely just and unjust law. one prominent law could merely assure the majority of people's interest. the different law represent the interest of  people of  groups represent . From my point of view, there is no doubt that we should abide by just law to ensure our unanalieble right as a individual, we could not obey and admit unjust law that is detrimetal to our society.

There is no doubt that we should comply to the just laws not only because of it could prevent our elementary rights from invading, but also because,to some extent,it could ensure the majority of people's interest and realize the equality and democracy of society. According to the Declaration of independence, we hold these to be truths, all man are  created equal, they are endowed by our creator with unanalieble rights, these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. therefore, complying to the just law could assure every individual's elementary rights.

In addition, before we further discuss the unjust law we need to find out what's the unjust law. njust laws that have been enacted by legislature be detrimental to our society, we should resist unjustlaw. It is well-known that THe Boston Tea Party isone of the meaningful historical events. The Tea party was the culminationof a resistance movement throughout British America against the Tea act, which had been passed by the British Parliament in 1773. colonists obejected to the tea act for a variety of reasons. especially because they believed that it violated their right to be taxed only by their own elected representatives. To resist this unjust law to them,  a group of colonists boarded the ships and destroyed the tea by throwing it into Boston Harbor. The incident remains an iconic event of American history, and reference is often made to it in other political protests.
However, sometimes to ensure the people's interest. these laws which pretect the majority of people's rights, at the same time could bring about some negative influences on our society, such as. The copyright and patent law attempted to encourage innovation by ensuring the inventors paid for creative works, it is ironic if the expanded protection under this law discourage the entrepreneurial innovation by increasing the fear of lawsuits. Could we disobey and even abolish this law, obviously, we should comply to it even if it could lead to some negative effects.
sincelaw of the people's republic of china on employment contra cts have been carried out, it also bring out the disadvantages on our society, such as unemployment because of increasing the employer's fear of lawsuits.
Admittedly, we should comply to just laws, and to some extent, the unjust law could have some negative influence on our society, such as inreasing the unemployment rate, However, we should obey this kind of law for the reasons that it could make sure the equality and democracy.
