回答: 有。刚开始没什么不同,于是没有恢复锻炼,可是停止锻炼了近一年就发觉自己更容易生病了,而且好得比较慢。肌肉也松弛了。

回答: 很重要。身体是生活的本钱,有了好身体才能做自己想做的事情,实现自己的梦想,陪伴父母和爱人。

Nowadays, an increasing number of course to keep healthy are available to people, which indicates more and more people are concerned about health. My specific way to keep healthy-doing sports-is of great use for me owing to the following reasons.First of all, doing sports is the best way to free your body after a long time of sitting in front of computers. It offers a chance to stay with friends that we can have a efficient communication, which contributes to a closer relationship. That is also the intention of Olympics.Second, it helps to relax your mind and remove pressure from work which causes a bad mood, then you can be in a happy mood. It is a happy mood that makes you look smart. As the old saying goes: laugh decade less.Third, doing sports can also improve your balance and harmony of legs and arms. Although doing sports is important for health,  a early hours is not least important as well. I stick with sports for several years and I will continue.
