1.是否对这个专业有兴趣或热情。因为兴趣是最好的老师，如果对这个专业有兴趣，会自主的学习，能吸收更多的知识，对个人而言，不论这个专业是否是大众专业，不论这个专业是否能让人得到极高的荣誉和金钱，能让人心理得到满足便是成功的；然而，如果真是对这个专业很有热情，至少在荣誉上的成就是不会很差的；
2.这个专业的应用是否很广泛。如果一个专业的适用性很广，比如贸易专业，它涉及任何有关销售的各个类型的公司，可能成功的面就很广；如果一个专业是小众专业，比如草坪管理，它涉及的范围就很窄，比如高尔夫球场，赛马场，城市绿化，可能成功的面就很窄。
2. 如果没能形成正确的价值理念标准，而仅仅为了“成功”而选择专业，会有哪些潜在的问题和不足？请举例并简述。
回答：
1.如果价值理念标准改变，那么选择的这个专业就成了“不成功的”，学习的动力就不强了，就会导致离成功越来越远
2.即使这个标准没有改变，仅仅为了成功选择专业，这个专业或许就不是最爱的专业，而因此选修最爱的专业，导致两个专业的学习互相分心，使得每一个都不能全身心投入，最后两个都不能达到最好的状态
3. 除了为以后的成功做准备以外，在大学阶段，学生应该锻炼哪些其他能力？怎样进行这些能力的锻炼？请举例并简述。
回答：
因为未来是不可预料的，所以在大学阶段应该尽可能多的学习，锻炼。1.应该锻炼独立思考能力，比如对学习的知识的自我总结及思考，对社会现象的理性思考。现下有一种说法是网上课堂将会取代传统课堂，对于这些说法我们就应该理性看待分析。2.锻炼团队合作能力。众人拾柴火焰高，一个团队的力量远比个人力量大的多。在对学习的知识的认知上，一个团队的总结会更加全面使得理解更充分。在大学里，可以参加各种团队竞赛，科研等等。曾经有这么一个比赛，是“城市生存”，以钱生钱的项目，大家一起商量做法，共同为整个团队努力，团队荣誉感得到很大体现。
4. 在毕业之后的工作和生活中，是否只有专业知识才是有用的？如果不是，还有哪些知识是有用的？为什么？请举例说明。

否。在工作和生活中，情商的用处才是最大的，而非在专业知识学习中应用最大的智商。1、与人沟通交流能力，涉及到各个方面的知识的积累，比如：影视，游戏，军事，娱乐，科技等等。2.团队合作能力。3.社会问题认知。4、幽默感的体现
5. 教育机构应该对学生的学习和发展起到怎样的引导作用？都应该如何去做？请分析并简述。

起到一个引起兴趣的作用，学生的学习和发展的方向是他自己决定的，教育机构应该首先让学生对学习感兴趣而不是强迫性的规定学生学习，然后对每类专业的特征属性未来发展对学生说明，让学生自己规划要学习的方向和深度，考虑对自我发展的影响

However, it is crutial to have a cognition that the respection of independent thinking and selection to students should be awared. the educational institution should provide the characteristic attribute and the career prospects about each kind of major to students and wait for the choices made by students themseleves.The diligence and initiative determine the deepth and length of one's career.
Inadditionally, the definiton of "success" varies a lot among people, and their are two definitions, according to Webster Dictionary, that is "the fact of getting or achieving wealth,respect,or frame","the correct or desired result of an attempt".There is a small probability event that if the institution and the student have the same awarness of "success" and maybe the institution's advice could be advantageous to the student to choice a field that have more chance to succeed.Nevertheless,as it is a small proporbility event that it could be ignored for there are vast various factors demanded to achieve success.A perspective and attractive field is critical indeed, while the potential of learning, the way of thinking, and the initiative of studying are much more decisive to prosperity.On the other hand, if we define "the correct or desired result of an attempt "as success, choose an interesting field and learn fervidly and it is not matter whether it is a hot major or a "seccessful field" in normal people's eyes, it is triumphant to the student himself .
