discuss face to face.distance meeting,telephone.email.it depends on what kinds of circumstance the argument is.if it is significant and need to be done in hurry, it better to have a direct discussion face to face,it combines the time saving with information communicating.but on the contrary, if it not in a hurry, or not too emergency,it can be argued through email or telephone.of course,if you are a staff in human resource department and unfortunately you are going to fail a person, you are supposed to utilize the email.especially he or she has a good relationship with you
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
so point at upsetting controversial problems,put simply, these problem hava the similarity effects on implement.we can disperse them to two kinds of problems.first one is controversial problems,virtually they are difficult to identify whether they are good or bad.it will always stuck in a embarrassing atmosphere.the disadvantages of it probably is not seems like people usually suppose.however, the same feature also happen on controsial ones.this kinds of things are we do mot want to cope with,or just escape them because of their complicated relationship with other things,just like a fail letter or a punishment
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？

if some people get together to talk about the controversial ones,they will start with a debate,but ultimately they will be exciting and try their best to convince the other, and the longer they debate,the bigger problem they will get.so if i am discussing this kind of problem,i will choose discussing through email or message,we upload our opinion, and everyone can see it,and it provide a large space for individually thinking,you can calm down, and tidy your idea, make a comparison among the ideas opposite ,maybe you will combine your opinion with theirs.
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
for instance,like email and message,we need not to face to face,so it is convenient for us to communicate with each other,we do not need to worry about if they will be angry or the problem is too embarrassing to discuss. if you apply for a job, but unfortunately you are failed, now you will feel not so much shameful if they send you a email.
