回答:
No. More people means low efficiency. My father works in an international company, the power of which is owned by one manager in one department. Whenever it comes to important decisions, he makes them only helped by several assistant managers, not all the employees in that department. Even so, some meetings are held to reach the agreement, making it hard to imagine to make decisions after listening to everyone's views. More people means more disputes and lower efficiency.
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?
