回答: qualities: ambitious, inspiring, affectionate, clear-minded, confident, calm, efficient, visionary, tolerant efficient leader: ambition, confidence, calmness, foresight, tolerance, well-organization
回答: status: fundamental factors: make the most profits, have relative low risks, balance the profits between employers and employees, the government policies, the local environment.
No. More people means low efficiency. My father works in an international company, the power of which is owned by one manager in one department. Whenever it comes to important decisions, he makes them only helped by several assistant managers, not all the employees in that department. Even so, some meetings are held to reach the agreement, making it hard to imagine to make decisions after listening to everyone's views. More people means more disputes and lower efficiency.
回答: effectiveness: make decisions, coordinate his subordinates, organize important activities, assign different tasks, unite his group members to head for a universal goal example:
回答: advantages: more ideas, everyone can make contributions to decision-making, get involved and be more active disadvantages: scattered responsibilities, more disputes and arguments, low efficiency.

作文
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: The effective leader tries to make others feel they have been part of a decision. The contemporary society is developing faster and faster, so do modern large enterprises.  There have been heated discussions about whether effective leads should make others feel they have been part of a decision. From my point of view, it is of course necessary. Employees can get involved in company's affairs and be more active if they are part of a decision. Employees are to a enterprise what bricks are to a house. They are the foundation to a company's success.  Only with their devoting their heart and soul to working can a company make great profits. They need to be motivated.  Making them responsible for part of a decision gives them the feeling that they are paid enough attention and are cared about, which results in their working more efficiently.  Leaders use this strategy to unite more people around him or her and become more effective in managing a department. For example, my father is a manager. Whenever he makes a decision, he calls a meeting in his department and let everyone speak out his or her ideas.  They discuss together. After analyzing the disadvantages and advantages of different plans, my father finally makes the decision that is welcome by everyone. Moreover,  this strategy helps to establish a leader's reputation as a open-minded man, who can listen to his subordinates' opinions rather than a dictator.  Managers do not necessarily actually get employees into the decision making, but just make them feel they are in.  The qualities and experiences of employees are different, and they may don't have the foresight to the future development of the company. Employees may not access to significant details in a big company either, so they may make decisions only from their own aspect. For a leader, he is often well educated and experienced enough to judge things better than the employees. He or she is usually more clear-minded, calm, objective and visionary. All of these are fundamental in making a right choice. However,  if he or she just makes decisions and announces that decision, the subordinates may be negative carrying it out.  Only by making employees feel they are responsible for a decision can they actively accomplish the project whole-heatedly.  Many leaders in international companies use such tactics. For example, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, they never make decision alone and just tell the workers to finish it.  Instead, they ask opinions from workers even if they do make the decision ahead of time. Though making decisions all by a leader is more time-saving and sometimes show his or her strong personal characters. The drawbacks of lowing the employees' morale and making them feel passive dwarf its advantages.  What leaders need to do is just make others feel they are part of a decision rather than really part of it. In conclusion, I hold firm that in today's fierce competitions of various companies, a efficient leader should get his people feel that they are part of any decision.
