不用面对面，避免了一些比较尴尬的问题，给对方更多的思考时间

能凸显对方的语气，容易引起矛盾，不适合讨论题中的问题

I think it is a good idea to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with other using e-mail or test messaging.It is better than using telephone or voice-messing.First,everyone has own idea .Everyone sees some things with different aspects.So,they will have various opinions.When they are communicating with others ,controversial problems are appeared.If they are talking about this face to face,it may cause some conflicts among them.What's more,everybody believes that what he or she thought must be all right.Therefore ,they'll have no patience to listen to other's opinions.However,when we are using the e-mail or testing messaging ,it is not necessary for us to share suggestion face to face.Meanwhile,even if we disagree with different opinions,we have enough time to think about.In this way,we can compare all of the standpoints and we will find the advantages or disadvantages.Through that,we will get a perfect conclusion.Why we do not choice a wonderful method to deal it?
