难以描述，对方无法理解。比如说讨论一个物理学问题，没有合适的图表说明会让别人难以理解

回答：
出现争吵，无法理解，效率低下，影响工作进度。我会采用邮件的方式

回答：
简短，直接，可以添加图片说明，文字描述更容易让人看懂，易于保存。一般用它来交流学术信息，用来做约会地点确定等等
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
电话快捷，方便，直接与人交流更亲切。但是讨论矛盾不合适，因为光靠语音很难表达清楚一件事，而且不如文字让人容易接受。

If you need to discuss upsetting or controversial problems with others, using e-mail or text messaging is better than using telephone or voice-messaging.
It is more convenience for people to contect each other than before when we had to talk face to face if we need to discuss something. We can solve a lot of problems by using the internet, talking on the phone and sending a email or a message. In all of these means I think using e-mail or text messaging is better than using telephone or voice-messaging.
First of all, most of the controversial problems were caused by understanding problem. When we get a wrong idea of the speaker we will get angry or upset and these make the problem worse. Using an e-mail is better than talking because it will give more time for the audience to think about it. The speaker also have a lot time to think out a better way to explain the problem.
Secondly, we can add some pictures to make the lecture vividly. There used to be a experiment about how a picture can help the reader to understand the artical. The researchers invited one handred students to read a newspaper. Half of them couldn't see any pictures on the newspaper. And then, they were asked to repeat the articals. They found that the group who could see the picture can remember about 35% more than the other group.
Last of all, even though using telephone or voice-mesaging is more convenience and quicker, but it cost a lot. On the contrary, sending an e-mail is free. It was being used in lots of the business situation. And we can read it whenever we want. So it is a better way to help us record the personal schedual or the dating time.
As I had said above, e-mail is easy for reading, convenience for adding pictures, and is cheaper and better for recording something important. So it is a better way than using telephone or voice-messaging.
