In the usual situation,people can discuss face to face or use communicative tools,such as phone,e-mail or other electronic chatting tool.If I will discuss with others,I may use the e-mail to do it.Because it can omit a lot of details which can avoid awkwardness.
2. 令人讨厌的和有争议的问题有什么特点？请结合实际简述。
回答：
Annoying and controversial things have some characteristics.People who faced those things always have some abnormal emotions.For example,anger,sadness or frustration will occupy guys` brain.In reality,two persons who have different opinion of one thing always should find a new way to reconcile the controversial situation.
3. 人们一般讨论上述问题的时候会出现哪些情况？请结合实际简述，如果是你在讨论这种问题，你会选择哪种方式？你会选择上述之外的方式吗，请具体说明？
回答：
People usually discuss the controversial things that we mentioned will face the problem of emotion and different personality.If I need to solve this problem of a discussion.I will avoid to discuss it face to face.I will choose to write an e-mail to reconcile the problem.I need to care the relationship of who have opposite idea.If your aim is to solve problems,you need to reconcile the relationship of your competitors.Excepting this way,I will send a text to the competitor.
4. 电子邮件和发短信有哪些特点？我们一般用它来解决什么问题？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
E-mail and sending a text have some characteristics.They are more convenient than correspondences and notes.They are the most popular way to communicate in modern society.we always use those tools to solve problems.If you need communicate with your boss or teacher,but taking a call seems bad because of that teacher and boss have more power who you can not express your opinion manifestly.Sending an e-mails and texts are a good way to solve this problem
5. 打电话和发语音信息有哪些特点？这种方式用来讨论题目中的问题合适吗？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
Calling and sending the message of voice have some characters which have more details about what you said and have more emotions than writing words.For example,my teacher have different idea of an article with me,but a student should respect his own teacher.So it is not a good way to make some recommends of critical idea of that article to use the communicate tools of calling and sending the voice message.

In the modern society,people live and work in a great pressure that they may face some tough problem which they need to discuss with others about some upsetting and controversial question.People have no choice but face those problems and hope to solve them immediately.But there is a big question remain.what tools of communication are suitable to discuss an upsetting question with others?How to avoid the embarrassed things happen?There are a plenty of ways to discuss with others.For instance,you can discuss with them by e-mails,phones or face-to-face.I go along with the opinion that If you need to discuss upsetting or controversial problem with others,using e-mail or text messaging is better than using telephone or voice messaging.For instance,in a company,you are a employer who have different idea about one case from your boss.I firmly hold that you can not just talk to your boss that you are wrong ,my idea is better.The better way is to grasp your boss`s personality and use a gentle tone to write an e-mail to him.Showing your logical idea in the e-mail is more easy than talking to him face to face or record a voice message.There are big difference between voice and writing.The voice will give others more details of your emotions and attitudes.But writing is not.And the advantages of writing claimed that you may show your ideas more logically and manifestly.Most importantly,you can avoid to face your boss in reality and make yourself in a beneficial position.From what we discuss above,we can draw the conclusion that using e-mail or text messaging is better than using telephone or voice messaging.It can both make your discussion logically and reconcile the tense relationship of you and others.
