（-）If we share the same views,we feel our safe-value and ability to be admitted,as a result,we are more willing to communicate with each other and unedunderstand each other more easily.But As our views are same,we are always inclined to verify the view and neglect even cover up the shortcoming existing in your view,then we would benefit less.What's more,if the conclusion is wrong ,then we would never know the defect of it and make it worse,so it'll obstacle our learning.
On the contrary,faced with different views we may be disappointed,but this is necessarily means that it can cause stress and inhibit learning.On the other hand,distinct perspectives on the issue may turn out to sharpen our mind,broaden our horizon and shed some new light on the issue and therefore enhance our learning.For example:if we meet someone whose views are contradict us,thenwe will generate a sense of curiosity for  wondering from what experience or perspectives they produce such views. 2. then we would check every datail of their views, including facts supporting those views, standpoints from which those views are derived, as well as reasoning process through which the views are deduced. eg: An obvious example is the debate.Since the opponent can easily find the flaws and weakness in your argument,consequently,a heated debate,in most cases,leads to a thorough and comprehensive understanding about the subject in discussion.just as the Chinese old saying goes,“the more the truth is debated,the clearer it becomes”Aristotle's law of noncontradiction states that "one cannot say of something that it is and that it is not in the same respect and at the same  time."
