1. 请结合实际谈谈一个领导者应该具备哪些重要素质?其中,哪些素质决定了他(她)成为一名有效的领导者?
回答: 过硬的业务水平,发展的眼光,超前思维,大局意识,协调能力,充分发挥团体中每个人作用,执行力。其中方向计划,充分发挥团体中每个人作用,执行力决定成为有效的领导者
2. 请结合实际谈谈制定决策对于领导全局的重要地位是什么?一个科学合理的决策的制定应该考虑哪些因素?
回答: 制定英明的决策就是找到了正确的方向,少走弯路,提高了效率。科学合理的决策制定需要考虑实际情况,可能遇到的困难和风险,预期可达到的目标,具体的计划安排。
3. 让其他人参与到决策中来一定会提高领导的有效性吗?会不会因为参与人数的增加而延长决策的耗时,导致领导有效性的降低?请结合具体事例来简述。
回答: 多听取大家的意见,但需要从众多意见中吸取优点,过滤掉无效的信息才能提高领导的有效性。不能因为意见多了就瞻前顾后,要果断冷静。参加人数增多有可能会延长决策的耗时,这时候就要发挥领导者作用,优秀的领导者可以在听取大家的意见后迅速做出正确的决断。
4. 一名领导者的有效性还表现在其他哪些方面?有没有事例证明即使只有少数人在决策,该领导者仍然是有效力的呢?
回答: 领导者的有效性还表现在独到的眼光,力排众议坚持自己的方向而获得成功的人也很多。
5. 请结合具体事例来说明共同参与到决策中来对于大家来说会有哪些影响呢?
回答: 可以发挥群体智慧,对于被采纳的意见人来说是被认可,更愿意发挥自己的能动性

To be a leader should have some peculiar ability such as learning ,decision making ability,organizing, teaching, executing and appealing.i think decision making ,team organizing and  plan executing  are the most important things to a effective leader. A wise decision will find a right way of work,avoid mistakes or dangers, and will rapidly get succeed. Make a reasonable decision should consider the current situation ,probably risk and the anticipate target.Then,when a leader makes a decision,should he let others take part in? i think the answer is yes. But after the discussion, the leader should decide by himself.  Firstly,  others taking part in decision will help the leader consider the problem more comprehensive.A men hardly can think about everything, it's need collective intelligence. the more people take part in ,the more risk or dangers would be considered. For example, last year our work team organized a competition. our leader invited some people to discuss, everyone pointed out lots of details to be notices. during the competition , some emergency had been considered in that discuss. Thoughtful discussion contributed for  the successful organization of competition.Secondly, though  listening to others option,the leader may be enlightened to more creatively ideas. In lots of meeting ,the last decision are not prepared before ,most are furthered   Thirdly, attending the decision would stimulate team member's sense of responsibility and honor. If their advises are accepted,they often fell pride ,and will contribute more ability to the company. But to the leader , make a resolution from all people's diverse advises is the most important .And this is the key to be effective. Even to do a opposite decision from most people.Argument lasted long time will reduce the efficiency, at this time ,it need lead to decided right now and insist his viewpoint.For example,when Jobs decided to manufacture iphone, most of people didn't agree,but Jobs insisted his idea,and finally,iphone sold very well.So let more people attend discuss,and absorb good views from them ,then make decision .This is the  progress of a effective leader during his management.
