1.Good teachers have to be excellent managers. It is not easy to keep all students focused on what the teacher is talking about, so a goode teacher must be equipped with some managerial skills with which he or she can keep the class in order.
2.To improve teaching quality, a good faculty has to understand how to interact with students efficiently.Insteading of chattering without stop and ignoring studnets' reception, it would be best for the faculty to adopt various approaches, such as classroom questioning, class discussion even class performance, to interact with students in order to guarantee they are wholeheartedly emgaged in class.

Academic:
1.An excellent faculty in the first place must has a solid mastery of the subject he or she devotes to. The faculty should not only profoundly understands basic knowledge of the subject, but also keep himself up to the newest information and progress relating to what he is researching.
Non-academic:
1. A qualified professor has to have a great deal of practical experience in his or her field of study. The wisdom that has been garnered over the years may be outdated and practical experience will enable a faculty to evaluate whether the subject meets the market need.
2. A good teacher is an excellent communicator. Not only in the sense that they can convey ideas clearly to you through spoken words, write neatly on blackboard, produce informative presentation, but also they are readily and eagerly to answer students' question when necessary and be the bridge between students and textbook.

Advantages:
1. If they spend time on practical experience, they will be informed themselves of the market trends of the subject.
2. If they spare some time and effort to learn communication skills, management pricinples and even psychology basics, their communication with students and management of class ought to be much more efficient.
Disadvantage:
1. The only disadvantage of doing so is that chances are some faculty do not have adequate time and energy to focus on the field of their study.
