上课的风格，授课的水平，教学的态度，创新能力动手能力等等。态度问题可以影响到学生对于生活和学习的热情，而创新能力和动手能力能直接激发学生的潜力
4. 教师花时间来研究与课程相关的非学术问题有什么好处？有什么弊端？请举例说明。
回答：
好处就是能拓宽教师本身的知识面，更能吸引学生，但是有可能占用了教师本来应该用来研究学术问题的时间，有可能使得学术质量下降
