According to the speaker, it is forces that determined people's behavior but not of their own making. I strongly agree with the statement, in terms of the different roles people in life, the benefits it may produce. Sometimes, however, it is necessary to live ignoring the forces and following the heart.
Living in a big diversity societyl, people is a single part, which make up the big social stage. One cannot live for himself, considering his variety roles in the work, life and sosiety. While kinds of responsibilities put on a man, there are many things he has to do even if he does not like to, such as going to work everday, taking care of his baby and so on. It is one's responsibility to do so, which is a human's basic morality. In addition, people's behavior may be decided by his plan or calendar, which to some exend inhibit one's willing to do other thing they like. For example, a college student is preparing an important English exam which is held next week. Despite eager to his friend's birthday party on Sunday evening, he may have to give up, concentrating on his next week English exam.
It surely produce many benefits both on individual and society while it seems hard to behave as forces needed. For individual, it is vital to have a specific plan and self-management ability when outside press and forces come into our life. A good habit may be formed naturally when people get up early at six in the morning everyday, going to work,e which is forces and rules good facet on people. Moreover, a logic ordered mind may grow when many things and forces put on people. For society, it may contribute to economic rapid development and good society order condition when people's behavior is determined by forces and rules. For example, a competitive company always has a strict rule on employees, which may have a good work condition and more profits. Arriving at office before eight in the morning, no leisure and game time in work and so on, all of these rules contribute to a company's profits.
While it is true that people's behavior may be influenced by the forces, however, it is important to live following our own heart. It might be found that there are too much work to do, too much book to read, and too much practice to finish, which make up people's life, and we can never totally completed all of them. So why don't go for a traveling when too tired to live with the forces, putting down all the work and other things we need do. Then picking up the bag, buying a ticket, we can go anywhere we want to.
To sum up, following the forces is sometimes not people's willing but truely good on both individual and society, thus people should always remember their responsibilities and behave as forces require. Admittedly, doing what of people's own making is important too.
