With the overwhelming advanced communication tools in the world, great strides have been made in our life. Those who favor to work in the company argue that it is high efficiency for working in the office hours. However, from my perspective, people at home could capable of finishing any projects, which seems to be impossible in the last decades. Working in the office fall out of favor among contemporary people.   Accustomed though we are to speaking of working in the office as occupation, the works, in the full sense of word, could be accomplished at home basis. But considering the efficiency, working at home could be a high priority for contemporary people. Around by the comfortable environment and suitable desks and chairs, people can take these advantages to be more concentrated in their projects. Indeed some group discussions go together with their occupation, but these discussions sometimes hardly carry significance for the projects because employees may discuss about things rather than working problems. In addition, working at home also could carry out discussion. With the telephone or video meeting they made own claims, which also could lead to a diverse array of means to help solve the problems. In such sense, working at home has huge advantages compared to in the office.   Furthermore, working at home could save time and energy for employees, which could add up to their working process. For example, nowadays people need to spend at least one hours every day on their route from home to company. The employees are forced to get up early, to wait for buses or subway. If the time spending on the road could be save for working, the working efficiency should be improve a lot. Using these time people could accomplish more tasks than do those people who work in the company.   Last but not least, when it comes to company, working at home could help them with a better budget. Every company should equip with some necessities, such printing press, personal computers, and work space for each employees, which may cost the company with a large amount of money. But if they are working at home, these expense could be saved and even invest them to projects, which could further increase the efficiency and in turn increase the reputation for the company. All of these factors could lead to the satisfaction answer that it is better for employees working at home.   In a nutshell, although working in the office, people are always supervised by their employers, under such circumstance the working efficiency might boost. However, some people may feel stressful so that they cannot accomplish the tasks perfectly. Therefore, working at home is preferable for modern people.
