Nowadays, an increasing amount of primary schools require　children start learning a foreign language as soon as they begin school. From my point of view, I say yes to the these schools' descision. When I started primary school, there didn't exist any school in my hometown taught a foreign language when students were in grade one, so I haven't learned English until I was already in grade five.  The children nowadays have a considerably amount of difference to the children 10 years ago. They have more mobile phones, personal computers, ipads and so on, while when I was a child, these things were still tremendously rare to me. Therefore, they have more chance to use foreign language and read in a foreign language. I think there are two reasons fellow to support my opinion. At first, learning a foreign language as early as children start school will let they familiar with the language with significantly ease. Recently, science has proved that a child will have more possibility to proficient in a foreign language, for the area in the brain where connect with the speaking and language skill are still not developed entirely. Such as, the words which I gained in my primary school, no matter little chances do I have to use them, are still seems familiar with me. For example, my elder cousin, for his mother is a English teacher in junior high school,  he started learning English very early, therefore he is proficient in English speaking and writing. The language skill help him acquiring success in his career. In his company, he is promoted considerably faster than his colleagues who are poor in English. In addition, the children who begin learning a foreign language will be able to communicate with other people in the foreign language and read books and news of the countries more early than other children who start learning foreign language late in their life. Therefore, they could learn more about other countries' culture and tradition. It is obviously that they will have more broaden and open mind. Let’s talk about my elder cousin again, he have gone abroad when he was in university. These experiences make him have an obviously broaden mind in his life and work. He often talk about these experiences to his son. However, begin learning a foreign language as soon as they start school, will increase children's burden and make them more stressful. They already have many subjects in a variety field, ranging from mathematic to draw to dance and piano. These things almost cover their leisure time, and make children don't have sufficient time to play and sleep, thus their health are threaten. If children study learning a foreign as soon as they begin school, it perhaps will squeeze their remain leisure time. Although the measure about children start learning English early have some bad effects to children, it do more good to the children's future life. From my perspective, I share the opinion about it. The future world will be a more globalize world, the wave of culture globalization will be accelerated. Under that situation, it is duty of our schools to let children touch a foreign language more early than before.
