If one person want to be succeed, some virtue is important.Such as self-discipline, patience, passion, cooperation and so on. These people isn't alike the common people. They have a specific target, and in the road to be successful ,they can control themselves, keep walking and never give up the dream no matter what difficulties they would encounter
2. 成功人士的身上，哪些特点是具有普遍性的？那些特质是具有特殊性的？请结合具体事例简述。
回答：
The successful people have some properties with common people.They know what is important to them, and take action to approach their target. But the particular properties they equip is that they never give up easily, even they have been beat by the reality, they can still stand up.
3. 变得和大家相似会出现哪些结果？在什么情况下有助于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

你的习惯会变得和大家相同，更容易受到周围人的影响。如果周围的人有着好的有利于成功的习惯，和大家相似会有着成功的可能，而相反的话，则会离成功越来越远。比如周围人整天不学习玩游戏，你也会慢慢变得一样，而如果周围人学习努力，你也会受到影响努力学习，这有助于成功。
4. 变得和大家不同有哪些结果？在什么情况下有利于成功？什么情况下不利于成功？请结合具体事例简述。

Many successful people have many particular traits which is different from common people.As far as I am concerned ,if one person want to be successful,he should be different from others. The great people are equipped with many advantages, such as self-discipline, persistence, creativity and so on. For instance, Jobs created the Apple Company, and he used his brilliant idea leading the company to be successful.However, he was fired by his company consequently.He reached the bottom of his life.Unlike the common people who was lost, he persist his dream. When Apple Company got into trouble, he came back with his great design of electronic product and bring the company to the peak once again. The another kind of point is also very important to succeed. If one person eager to be successful, he must have courage to quit and break the constrain.There is a example. Zuckerberg is the creator of the Facebook website which has the largest number of users. He quit his diploma of Harvard University and built his own company. Now he is the one of the youngest person who is so successful in the world.What make him so successful is that he grasped the opportunity, the social website was becoming increasingly popular among the world, and went off the school to begin his career without hesitation. However, only be different from other people is not enough.It can't guarantee the success. Improve self's ability is basic. The opportunity is another important element.Be aware of the coming of chance and hold it is the same significant. So if one want to be successful, he must learn the strong point of the great people.To develop himself and make himself distinguished from common people.When opportunity is coming, grasp it!
